Attended therapy here for an injury for several months. Therapist Jason is amazing at his job and a great person. And all other therapy staff are wonderful. However, the front desk receptionist Rachael lacks any compassion and empathy for circumstances beyond someone's control. I hope one of her immediate family members is NEVER hospitalized with a life threatening injury beyond their control and when she calls to cancel an appointment for late in the day the person answering the call is not more preoccupied going on and on about the charge for canceling due to being less than 24 hours ( it wasn't so much about the fee, but how it was so rudely delivered ). I apologize our life threatening emergency was not predicted ahead of time.. emergencies are usually not, that's why they are called EMERGENCIES. Showing absolutely ZERO compassion of the situation even if I had to pay the fee.... Rachael could have said something like.. I'm sorry about your family member and I understand it was out of your control, but it's our policy to charge a $30 cancellation fee if appointment is canceled less than 24 hrs prior would have been nice! But she couldn't care less and she conveyed that with her attitude and tone. She is one of the absolute rudest office staff I have encountered. She is in the wrong profession and should definitely stay away from customer service! I'm sure they could care less, but I have no intention of ever returning to physical therapy there which is sad as it's needed and I loved my therapist.. but if this is how you front end staff treat your customers then no thanks as I will not allow someone to treat me so disrespectfully. Do better Rachael!!! read more

First time coming here. Was referred by my doctor. I worked with Matthew as the physical therapist and Riley helped me with the excercises. They were really friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to coming back each week to complete my treatment with them. read more

This is my first time in physical therapy but I have horrible back and leg pain. (Herniated disc) and this office is amazing and knowledgeable! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They make me feel comfortable and at ease with what they're doing..or we're doing or im doing. So that's been great. I've been learning exercises and techniques that's making me feel better all the time. I highly recommend coming here for you're PT needs!! read more

My 71 year old mother went there to get help, She has pretty bad mobile problems and it was hard for here to get there. She took her Dr. Referral and was turned away. After being discriminated against by the receptionist and being accused of being a drug addict because she has narcalypsy, it's was a traumatic situation trying to get help by this facility. If you have medical issues that don't fit there box, save yourself times and pain by going elsewhere, where they treat people fair and with respect and are sensitive to medial issues and your situation. read more

I love advanced motion physical therapy! Lance and his team are professional, fun and very thorough! His assessments were right on and have been helping me recover from a back injury resulting from years of poor job posture, among other things. I'm learning so much about how to move and think differently. He has also helped me in the past with a knee and ankle injury. All have been very positive experiences for me. The clinic is new, fresh, clean and has the latest equipment. They are located in a new building in Magna that is very up to date and easy to get to. read more
