My snow blower wouldn't start during a snow storm. I called this Company, and the owner, Joe Tifft, came over right away with a plan to take the blower to his shop to inspect it. He looked at the machine, and immediately said "the electric cord you're using is bad". He found another cord in my garage, plugged it into the blower, and it immediately started! Joe also looked at my dryer vent, because I mentioned my dryer isn't working as well as it used to; he noted a piece of ice at the exit point, removed it, and gave ne many tips regarding the dryer, the maintanance of my snow blower, my lawn mower, and my faucet outside. For a half hour's worth of time and labor, he potentially saved me thousands of dollars. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and relayed a lot of very useful information on how to make my machines last as long as possible. For a $35.00 fee (half an hour's labor), Joe had just saved me thousands of dollars I was planning to use to buy a new snow blower and dryer. It was the best early "Christmas gift" I hadn't expected.
