The work I was able to inspect (I did not go on the roof) was exactly how I had hoped it would be, straight, well sealed and overall professional looking. Bob (the owner) was helpful especially with the initial diagnosis of the problem, even when it looked like we were going to do a different solution which would not involve chimney work. However in the end we ended up going the chimney repair route to solve our issue. It was about a 3 week wait to get my work done. It was not an emergency situation and would imagine they have provisions in there schedule for stuff like that, however that was the wait time for my job. They arrived on time and did the work within the estimate. The hourly rate is not cheap. However, I did check with one other chimney service company and their hourly rate was within a few dollars so I expect this is the going rate for this type of skilled professional labor. In the end I am very satisfied with the work they did.

We were able to pay online; the quote we were given in advance was 100% accurate, something I've heard some other waste removal companies struggle with. The truck was delivered on a Friday, and picked up again on the following Monday, which was very convenient for us. I had been nervous about lifting heavy material up into a dumpster but it was actually the back of a truck, with a ramp, which was a super user-friendly arrangement. Anthony recycled the metal we had put in one corner as he recommended, and sent us a bill for the disposal fee on the tires we had collected - smaller than we expected and very affordable. The whole process couldn't have been easier or more straightforward. Based on this experience I highly recommend these folks.

Communication was excellent, drop off was right on time. We quickly discovered we needed more space for all the trash. Mansaz were able to book us a second 15 yard dumpster. Kudos to a careful and conscientious moving service. Great respect shown for all of my items and care taken not to damage them. Movers showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time, and leading up to the move, there were several communications to guarantee time of the meeting and the plan. Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. While I did see other moving companies online with competitive rates, the difference in price was small and the service rendered by this company would be hard to beat. Very pleased with no regrets on this transaction.

Loading up always takes longer but the team powered through and emptied the truck quickly at our destination. They even took a moment to celebrate my awesome new basement. The facility is clean and obviously maintained by the Pizza place two doors away. The machines were shining because they have been wiped down, and all were in good working condition. Wash time is incredibly shorter than the thirty minutes I am used to with a wash cycle of 15 minutes. Clothes came out smelling fresh and I hope this is not because of the short rinse cycle. The dryers have substantial heat, so they get the job done provided you don't over stuff them. People leave paperback book for patrons to borrow while waiting, or to take home. My only complaint is the 1990's TV that has a 'display' box blocking one third of the screen. C'mon, TVs are cheap now. Build a retaining box if you are afraid it will get stolen!
