She laid out the Coban self-adhering bandage strips, the elastic arm band and the gauze (which would be placed directly on the puncture site where blood is drawn) on the arm rest. When drawing blood, she missed the vein and had to go to the other arm. This time all the materials were placed on the non-sterile side table. I sure hope I didn't pick up any nasty bacteria. This unprofessional, unsanitary medical practice is unacceptable. I won't go to that lab again. If you must go there, and your phlebotomist doesn't follow healthy protocols, say something. I should have.

Being a prior chiropractic assistant I knew what to look for . I have no insurance coverage for chiropractic care but I know the benefits of continual care . I fell just over two yrs ago flat on my face and needed a lot of dental surgeries and eye care surgeries . Dr Chavez found a tear in my rotary cusp that was undetected when I fell. He carefully evaluates you, listens and comes up with a treatment plan that is very reasonable and affordable . His entire staff give me VIP treatment .. I realized soon after that's the way he treats all of his patients . Back2Back chiropractic genuinely cares about each patient that walks into their office . In my opinion, not good, bad office practices for anyone with heart problems. They don't have any…read moreform of communication, no internet messages, only by phone messages you have to leave because they don't answer their phone, and most of the time they don't call you back. Also, instead of sending you a bill, they make you line up before you leave and pay. Very rude and condescening, at least to me!

Dr Bradley is overwhelmed was notified by 2 other Dr's that my mother needed to be seen in January…read morefinally got her in where he dismissed her with fluid on heart saying "I have 400 other patients to take care of I don't have time for this" This fluid led to a collapsed lung ,pneumonia and death she was in the hospital 6 days not once did he come see her left in the hands of his partner dr Perez who said the fluid on her heart was our fault for making her drink 3 water bottles a day refused to give her iv or heart meds because she could not swallow pills This led to her dying Feb 5th our family is now consulting with lawyers
