Person working is extremely rude. Do not give your business here. They suck. Can't even answer a simple question and will cuss you out.

I have gone twice to this shop, and both times they found quick and cheap solutions for me when they easily could have sold me another tire claiming I needed it. Both were slow leaks that they showed me before repairing. One was a leak around a tire pressure sensor that they cleaned off and solved the issue with no new parts needed. The second was a slow leak around the rim due to corrosion. They cleaned the tire and rim and again sent me on my merry way. I highly recommend! read more

Have been there 2 times now for getting screws in tires. Both times I was greated quickly and they started working. First time I went it took about and hour but this was Saturday and they were busy. Went today, same issue and I had a quality used tire installed and was driving within 20 minutes. 70$ for a used tire, mounting and balancing and tire disposal is a fantastic price. Hit a curb avoiding some debris in the road and blew my right front tire. Tire at various other places was around $300 and couldn't get me in today. Didn't want one new tire and one used tire so I figured a place with used options would be worth checking out. I'm glad I chose this one. Owner was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a couple of tire options and found one that was quite similar to the old style. Replaced valve stem, balanced the new tire, checked for leaks while I was there. While headed to North Carolina on a road trip, my tire ran over something that created a large hole. This was the Sunday before New Years and we called 5 places and not one could get us in. When I called Advanced, the owner was gracious, patient, and was willing to get me in even if that meant staying open a little late. Got a fair deal on a tire and helped me get to my New Years destination. Everyone was courteous and professional. Definitely made what could've been a terrible event better. read more

This is meant to be an update to my 2015 review, but I couldn't figure out how to edit that review. The $300 set of new tires I bought were decent, but not great. I had to rotate them 2 times to minimize vibrations. And they didn't wear evenly. I probably could have gotten 40K miles out of them but they never really felt right. Considering the prices of a new set from the national chains, imo it does not make sense to buy new tires from these lesser dealers, like Advanced. The new set I bought from a national discount chain was $267 installed and they are quieter and smoother than the new ones I bought from Advanced. That also suggests, to me, that if you're going to buy used, you should really get a good price for good looking tires, considering what a new set costs from a national chain (where you will get a good warranty). read more

This tire shop is the worst tire shop I have been lied to about the tires that they have in there stock. Every time I Have called them and they say they have the tires in stock but when I show up they give me a different price 30 dollars higher then on the phone.Please do not waste your time these guys are con artist. I know there are better shops that run and honest business. Please give this a thought. I'm a us navy veteran and know when i am being snowed. Please never do business with them. read more

Very good experience. Good price. Price includes mouting, balancing, cleaning rim, check for leaks. They'll even give you a slight discount for cash. Also, this place is decent looking. I pretty much felt like the guy was honest and fair and competent. -- update - 10/14/2016 -- One of the tires went bad at about 5 weeks (ruptured tread or something). They replaced it for free which I thought was nice since most used tires places offer little or no warranty. Within the next few weeks the other 3 went bad with vibration problems. I decided to buy a new set, again from Advance for $300 + $7 disposal; total price (we are now approaching Tire Discounters prices, I thought). I paid in cash which lowered the price. Advance said these new tires had a 50K mile warranty. They offered no receipt, even when I went back a week later to ask about it. They assured me they'd honor the warranty if necessary. I wrote down the date and car mileage in car owner's manual. I wondered how they would honor a warranty with no records. Tires now have about 10K on them and they are fine. I think this shows the risk of used tires, not necessarily the dependability of Advance. I lowered my rating to 4 stars in case there really is something questionable about the used tires Advance is offering. My advice: don't buy used tires unless they look really good and are probably from a known quality maker. read more

B & B Tiretown consistently comes in lower on repair and tire prices. What really impresses me is that I've gone in there at least a dozen times (with 4 different vehicles) with little things that needed repair, and he refused to charge me anything because he said the repair or adjustment was too simple! At other times he does the repair for a very reasonable price, and once he asked me to take the particular car to the dealer because he said the repair shouldn't be done by anyone else. This guy gets 5-stars for both honesty and efficiency! HIghly recommended! A real, old-fashioned hole-in-the-wall shop and a real, old-fashioned honest guy! read more
