Was able to set up appointment in the phone call. Appointment happened an hour later. He went through our hurricane disaster area of a bedroom as best as he could looking for the animal. He was very amicable and communicative. In the end he couldn't find the animal but it's bat roosting season, so bats are doing this commonly in peoples' attics/ homes during this time, so the risk of it being an insane/ diseased bat is very very low.
