I had to update my review for Home Free Pest Control to add some additional info. Since I had the flying squirrels, Rob and Jeff have been SO HELPFUL and made everything as stress free as it could possibly be. After Jeff got rid of the flying squirrels (without killing them; he used a one-way trap and sealed the hole in my house), I thought I heard them in the house again. Turns out, I had gray squirrels instead ... Jeff came out to set a one-way trap for the gray squirrels - and while he was at it, he sprayed a yellow jacket nest that he happened to walk by. Even when I offered to pay for the trap and the yellow jacket, he didn't charge me. He said it was included in my original issue. These guys are stand-up businessmen who really know how to treat a customer. I will continue to recommend them to my friends if they have any pest problems. read more

I contacted Home free pest control via email. The next day I received a call from Robert Cornish-one of the 2 Technicians for this business. I told him I had recently found some Beetle type bugs in one of my rooms. He asked me to try to catch one so he could come out and look at it to try to identify it. He was very pleasant to talk to and assured me there was no charge for him coming to check it out. My concern was the possible use of chemicals and my pets. The following day I found one and called him and he scheduled the appt. for the same day to my convenience in the afternoon. Upon seeing the specimen he stated these bugs called "Stink Bugs" try to come in when it is cold. If they can find an opening they can get in through the smallest hole in the walls. They are harmless and provide no threat. Not an issue that he would recommend spraying for elimination. NO CHARGE!! Mr. Cornish was more than pleasant and very knowledgeable & informative. He gave me a time that he would be here and he was here on time. No waiting. I highly recommend this business. read more

Literally half if not more then half the price for not only better work but better service as well. I ran into a little snag later on and needed him again for personal and he once again surpassed my needs. Used him again at my new house because we had 2 HUGE Rats and he set up some traps and showed me how to work it... Solved that problem right away.
