After Jeff got rid of the flying squirrels (without killing them; he used a one-way trap and sealed the hole in my house), I thought I heard them in the house again. Turns out, I had gray squirrels instead ... Jeff came out to set a one-way trap for the gray squirrels - and while he was at it, he sprayed a yellow jacket nest that he happened to walk by. Even when I offered to pay for the trap and the yellow jacket, he didn't charge me. He said it was included in my original issue. These guys are stand-up businessmen who really know how to treat a customer. I will continue to recommend them to my friends if they have any pest problems.

Knowing it was going to rain, I called on Monday to ask them to come earlier in the week to make sure the grounds were sprayed. They told me "not to worry about it" and that they would "take care of it." This was untrue. Now the day before my wedding, it is raining. They refuse to spray. That's not even the worst part. I spoke with Abbey, a manager in the store. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive about her poor customer service and her company's failure to live up to its responsibility. In fact, she refused to take any responsibility, blaming the weather and saying there was "nothing they could do." I did point out they could have come earlier in the week, they could have communicated with us better that they wouldn't be able to spray with the rain, and that we might have issues. But we were left in the dark until the day before the event that there would be no spraying. This was upsetting, and then on top of that to have Abbey be condescending on the phone with people who do not know pest control or what it entails was the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, and I would never recommend this company for any special event. I was able to contact Orkin who took care of my pest needs and were pleasant and appreciative of the fact this was my wedding and a very important occasion.

I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work! Sprayed the nest, tore the nest down & bagged it, then sprayed some more so they wouldn't come back again and it's been over a week being hornets nest free! Joe let me take a video while he was wrangling this nest down which was very cool & family members loved it. I highly recommend this company for any & all pest issues! They are definitely the best!! After the initial treatment (snap traps and bait traps) there's been a significant drop in tiny roommate activity and I'm committing to monthly visits to ensure it stays that way.
