This is my first review, but because this business was so terrific, I felt I needed to let our community know! Recently, my home was infested with bedbugs, we believe were brought in by visitors .. As a clean-a-phobe , germ-a-phobe, and bug-a-phobe, I was horrified! I immediately called Advanced, and a certified inspector was dispatched THAT DAY! When he and an apprentice arrived, the critters were located and identified. They sent the technician ASAP. When Nick Martinez arrived, he began the application .. When he started the final step, our power went out!! He immediately contacted me, and advised he was unable to finish without electricity, but would return the next morning,, as he had a full schedule of treatments. He contacted his next customer to advise he was behind schedule. He waited as long as he could for the power to be restored, but eventually had to leave. Believing we were in for another sleepless night, away from home, I was upset. However, Mr. Martinez kept in contact with me, and was able to return that afternoon, and finish. We were able to sleep, peacefully, in our own clean, bug-free beds that night. The entire staff kept me updated, answered all of my questions, gave professional advice, and I believe they cared about my situation. The technicians are honest, professional, courteous, and prompt. They never left me wondering what was going on. Mr. Martinez was very professional, and knew his job well. He answered every question I had, never rushed me, and was extremely patient. He treated my concerns with honesty, patience and knowledge. The price was very fair, and all services were explained up front, as well as all other options. If I could give Advanced Pest Services more than 5 stars, I would! Excellent company, excellent staff, and excellent customer service! I've been a customer of Advanced Pest Services since they first started in 2008. They come out and spray my house and yard every other month, which is the 6 Times a year service plan they offer. Because I'm on year round service I never have a bug problem. I love that the office texts me the week before and the day before my scheduled appointment so I always know when they are coming so I can put the dogs up. If I ever need the inside sprayed for bugs I just text them back and they give me a timed appointment so I can be home. I've never had a problem rescheduling my appointment. Over the years I've had a few different technicians come out. They have all been professional and knowledgeable. The office staff is very sweet and helpful. read more

Advanced Pest Control has been our pest control for over 3 years now, reasonably priced and very professional every time they do our regular service What has made them special is the extra attention given when we needed mouse investigation - set bait boxes and we trimmed our trees, got rid of the problem. Then we got ants when weather changed- came out no problem and investigated where they were trailing from - laid bait down to kill nest. If need be they will come back in 4 days to replace bait...very professional and client satisfaction oriented. read more

I love this company. Advanced Pest Services is well priced, friendly service, and they get the job done. I had ants in my back yard and they were coming into the kitchen. John, the owner of the company, came to my house, tracked where the ants were coming from and got rid of my problem in about a week. I am set up on the bi-monthly service plan, which means the guys come out every other month to service my house. Whenever I need a redo, the boys just come out and retreat my house. We are newbies to having Pest Control. I noticed an infestation in our back yard Sunday night. Called Monday morning and had a tech out on Tuesday. Texted a picture to them and they immediately identified the pest. Julian was our tech and he was BEYOND amazing. He explained everything and reassured me so much. After enduring poor service from 3 other well-known companies over a 6 yr period I was referred to Advanced Pest Services by a friend. I've now used them for over 4 years and couldn't be happier. Their technician ( Louis) is not only thorough, but he takes time to listen to my concerns and addresses all of them. They are great at notifying us when it is time for our next scheduled service so we can be sure someone is there to meet the technician. They always show up in the stated time frame.
