I met one of the service technicians at a friends house while he was spraying her property. My friend raved about their service and how friendly and professional her service guy was. I asked for his card and have been using Jamie and Son's for about 18 months. They are the best! My service technician's name is Arman, he always arrives within the window of time he gives me, gives me a heads up text alerting me when he's on his way. Arman is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quick! On his initial visit he completely explained what he does, what he uses to spray and answered all my questions. My parents were having a rodent problem in their attic for several months and they started noticing it inside their house recently. Unsure whether all pest control companies handle rodents, my dad first looked at companies with good ratings, then read customer reviews looking for one that mentioned rats. Came up with 2, but the 1st one did not come to Delano; however, Jamie & Sons does. We called the week before Thanksgiving and spoke to Bonnie who told us that a technician would call us to set up an appointment. Jaime was the one who called and ended up fixing the problem. On his 1st visit, he provided baited traps to be placed inside the house for several nights (one trap caught one the 1st night and rodent activity ceased thereafter). Interesting to note is that similar traps we bought at Home Depot did not work. On his second visit, he sealed the openings in the attic to prevent rats and also pigeons from getting in. Before leaving, he placed the traps in the attic just in case there were any rodents that got locked in after the seals were placed. He came back for the 3rd time to check on these traps and found nothing. I agree with one review that said the company is a little pricey, but we are happy with the work quality. My dad also liked Jaime's friendliness, courteousness, and punctuality. He even removed $260 from the estimate, saying some he's ended up not needing to be sealed. This came as a surprise. Other companies would have kept the estimated price. He also did not charge for the traps. He said he'd be happy to return free of charge in the event the rodent problem reoccurs. read more

UNSAFE DRIVING! I was stopped at a red light which had been red for a few seconds already, and saw one of their company vehicles below through the red light at full speed and almost get hit by another car, going the cross way, which had a green light. Such unsafe driving. it could have killed somebody. Especially when a company vehicle such as this is carrying extermination liquids on board. I've had Jaime & Son's in the past and they've always done an amazing job. Very thorough and their product really works plus the spray for the inside is safe for children. I moved and didn't have service for a while. When we felt we needed services again my husband wanted to try Dewey. Worst mistake ever!!! I'm so glad that I am back with Jaime & Sons. Not only are the technicians super friendly and knowledgeable, but they come every month without me having to call them to find out why they haven't been showing up like I have to do with Dewey. Frankie used to be my technician now he is the supervisor and he's awesome!!! I was having a rat problem.Vector came out and recommended them to me. They went up in my attic and sealed all of the openings. They guarantee their work for as long as you don't renovate. I had to call them about 2 years after they sealed everything because we were having more activity and they fixed it. We haven't had any problems since. Highly recommend. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. My mom went with a different (cheaper) company. They only guarantee their work for 1 year. She has already had to call them back out and all he is doing is putting down poison, which is not fixing the issue. read more

I came and across Jaime and Son's after I saw indication of rodent problem in my attic in home inspection report, and I am very happy that I find Jaime. I dealt with Jaime and few of his staff, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Jaime has a lot of experience in dealing with Rodent problem, and he is very meticulous on his approach. He would address the cause of the problem vs the symptoms (like using traps). I also use his services for pest control, and his staff are very professional, on time and just great people to work with ... This place USED to be really great but maybe they have become complacent in their customer service and no longer care about loyal customers. I have tried scheduling an appointment for the past two weeks and have spoken with Cameron several times. She promises to call me back but never did. So I contacted my usual technician to see if I can schedule with him directly and he kindly tells me to call the main office bcuz they handle all the schedules, which i fully understand, so i call the main office...again. This time i speak to Bonnie whom I've spoken to many times for appointments. Bonnie scheduled me for an early Monday morning appointment. Based on the appointment date and time i had to miss time from work and other plans i needed to make. When my appointment date and time came around the technician never shows up which was very unlike him since i have used him for several years and he never misses an appointment. So i called the main office back to see what the problem was. I spoke with Bonnie again who scheduled my original appointment and she tells me i am not on any technicians schedule. I asked her why if she had personally made my appointment. Bonnie precedes to tell me that she is not responsible for scheduling the technicians appointment bcuz they handle their own appointment schedules. Mind u, i have been using the same company and the same technician for almost four years and I've always been told that the office ladies handle all schedules for all technicians. So i call Bonnie out on this discrepancy and she blatantly lies. She attempted to blame the technician for the miscommunication rather than doing the honest and simple gesture of owning up to the mistake. A mistake that could have easily been understood if she had been sincere and upfront. It is extremely infuriating to be lied to when u r paying for a service and in no way r trying to come up on a discount or freebies. I choose to support local businesses and small businesses in my community but after the way Bonnie and Cameron lied to me repeatedly and didn't have the integrity to admit a mistake I will now take my business to someone else. It is unfortunate bcuz my technician was really great i just don't support liars who take my money. read more

I've been trying to call them for the last hour, but no one has answered so I guess I'll leave my complaint here. I work nights so I prefer an afternoon appointment as opposed to something early in the morning. I told them this a couple times, but they would still try and schedule at 9am. And there's no such thing as scheduling ahead of time. They can only schedule for the next day so when I would say no to 9am, she would tell me that she would have to call me back to reschedule. They finally put a note in my account. So they called me yesterday to schedule for today. They were supposed to show up between 1pm and 2pm. Fine. Great. They showed up at 12:15pm when I was just getting out of the shower. Luckily we have the Ring doorbell so my husband was able to answer from work. I didn't receive a phone call asking if they could come early, and it seemed like a big joke to the technicians when I complained to them. read more
