If you really want pain relief you have found the place! I came for a consult after hearing about Jeremy from my fitness studio. I honestly did not have high expectations from past experiences with physical therapy. But I was really impressed with Jeremy's knowledge and the difference of his treatments. He is a real hands on physician. He takes the time to listen to your issues. No wonky machines or goofy exercises with millions of repetitions. He is very thorough and finds the problem and what's causing it. He performs stretches and works with pressure and massage. Election Day 2018 changed my life. I fell through a floor being repaired in a restaurant and landed in 6 feet down - feet first. Needless to recite the multiple injuries I sustained but they included my lower torso, back, shoulder etc. After 3 months in a wheelchair I started PT (3xwk) at a highly recommended studio with 3 PhDs plus aides, and 15 tables and loads of equipment. But no real personal attention. I finally quit after 2+ months when at my last session my PT guy told me to do the routines myself as he said "you know what to do". Sure I do but then why come here? Jeremy was highly physician recommended and the rest is history. I've been going since March. It's one-on-one sessions. He copiously keeps notes on my condition; my comments on which body part has been challenging and his treatments. I'm not an anonymous person here! He suggests that repetitive exercises might better be performed on my own time (with his careful instructions-he even gives me exercise tools to take home). During our sessions he is all hands-on with body work. In my case feet, ankles, legs, shoulders and a lot of my on my lower back. Last week I rode a 3 wheel bicycle! That was unthinkable months ago! My torn rotator cuff now has grater flexibility! I have a long way to go with recovery but I'm so fortunate to have found Jeremy. He's a consummate professional and a nice guy. Oh my goodness! I'm so glad I went to see Jeremy! I was having such pain in my left wrist, and in my right arm. It was interfering with my ability to work, plus it hurt! I went to see Jeremy, and I started to feel better right away. He did a thorough evaluation, then explained to me what the cause was for each problem. In addition to treating me that day, he taught me some exercises to do at home, and somehow actually made me want to do them! Jeremy is a miracle worker and by far the best PT I have been treated by. After going through 7 weeks of PT hell at another clinic and being told that I should have back surgery to end my condition, Jeremy was able to treat my lower back condition back to full functionality. I recently had the chance to work with Jeremy Wehking at Advanced Physical Therapy Specialists. I have had low back pain for quite a while and I wasn't able to find anything that helped me.
