I went to see Dr Narson after a bad snowboard injury in my lower back. I could barely move and he was able to see me immediately. He was extremely nice and competent. AMAZING! I have never encountered a medical professional as caring and commited as Dr. Narson. I first went to see him in a panic over an IT band issue. I was worried because I had less than a month until a big event - a 6 person, 100 mile relay. I had 5 other people counting on me to run my miles and I did NOT want to disappoint them. Dr. Narson promised me that I would be good as new by the event, and indeed, I was! Not only that, he kept in touch with me during both my treatment and the event via text message. This 5 star rating for Dr. Todd Narson starts some 25 years ago when I broke my left ankle on a dock on the Mississippi river while working. The doctors did not do their jobs and so it healed wrong, Well 20 years of bad eating got me to 300lbs and 12 to 15 hour days on my feet in the restaurant business gave me constant pain and a left ankle that was double the size of the right. In 2010 I made some major changes in my life and lost 100lbs and started doing Triathlons. I was able to limp my way thru Hits Full distance in Naples - Jan 2015. Well it's now Feb 2016 and I am at Full Circle Triathlon camp in Clermont Florida. I asked Dr. Todd to take a look at the ankle that was still twice the size and causing me great pain after a 6 to 13 mile runs and unable to walk for a day after 16 miles. He treated me on the spot with Graston/FAKTR which is a very active treatment. He worked wonders on this old ankle. Dr Todd would work on me for a few minutes and then ask me to go run and then come back and do more treatment on problem areas. The results have been amazing for me. I have gone two full weeks with absolutely no pain at all. I did my first 2 mile run this morning and feel like a million dollars. Thank you Dr. Todd Narson. I was first treated my Dr. Narson many years ago when I was training for marathons and he was able to assist me then. Since the pandemic lockdown, I started experiencing pain in my hip that prevented me from running. I went to Dr. Narson after several months of not being able to work through the pain. During that time, I was not able to run long distances or even run at a challenging pace without experiencing pain. I am pleased to report that he has me running again after a few weeks of treatment. He introduced me to working with exercise bands and warming up my hips prior to running which has really helped me. I affectionately call him Dr. Pain since he will "work out" the troubled area with what I like to characterize as his Inquisition tool. But as I have always said, "no pain no gain"! This always results in a reduction of the pain to the point where I do not feel any pain while I am running or a very slight ache which does not affect my running at all. For the last two Sundays, I have run 6.2 miles without feeling any pain after the run. On my shorter runs, I have been able to increase my pace to make them challenging and I feel no pain while I am running and after as well. I still have some slight pain when I am sitting too long which I hope to be able to address. However, I am able to stretch after my runs which used to cause pain on the leg associated with the hip pain and now there is no pain when I stretch following a run. If you are an athlete, I would highly recommend going to Dr. Narson since he understands the anguish of not being able to do the physical activity that you so desire. It seems he gets true joy out of knowing that he is assisting you to return to your exercise routine. Besides all that I have said above, he is just a truly nice guy as well. I would highly recommend him. I am to handle to pandemic so much better by being able to run again which brings me happiness. Thank you Dr. Narson. read more

I have visited Dr. Narson for chiropractic care regularly throughout the year and strongly recommend him. I have used other chiropractors in the Miami Beach area before but prefer Dr. Narson's combination of physical therapy stretching, muscle stimulation, and chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Narson is a great guy with a warm personality and listens carefully to your concerns and needs. His office works to accommodate you on insurance and payment issues and his waiting room includes a modern sign-in which allows patients to pinpoint there pain area and level of discomfort before seeing Dr Narson. After one bout of considerable pain due to an injury lifting boxes, he put me on a plan for office care and an at home plan that had me back to 100% within a week. Dr. Narson has been my "go-to-fix-it-doc" for over 15 years. Because I'm basically in good shape and not dealing with chronic pain, I don't require a lot of fixing. But, at the first sign of pain, I make sure to call for an appointment as soon as possible. My issues are basically alignment problems and I've learned the hard way that they only get worse if not corrected. Given that I don't call more than once or twice a year, it's amazing that the office staff and Dr. Narson always remember me. Given my experience with other doctors, it's especially amazing that Dr. Narson immediately figures out what is wrong and knows exactly what to do. The man is a genius. Nobody in Miami understands body mechanics and chemistry better than Dr. Narson. Last week he exceeded my expectations once again. My pelvis was so unbalanced- from doing something very stupid the day before - I woke up in a lot of pain and not being able to walk straight. Called first thing in the morning to let them know my situation. Within a couple of hours I was able to see the doctor. Narson is able to handle emergencies such as mine quite routinely because he runs the most efficient doctor's office I've ever experienced. Took Dr. Narson less than 10 minutes to have me back to normal. I walked out all nice and straight and pain free. Talk about miracles!! Wish I could give Dr. Narson more than 5 stars. Because he deserves them. A word of warning however: Do not go to Dr. Narson if you are not willing to do exactly what he says. He's very prescriptive. A triathlete himself, he expects you to give your all. When it comes to dealing with injuries, Dr. Narson expects your active participation in healing yourself. read more

This note is long overdue. This past fall I decided to do 3 1/2 marathons in 4 months. My legs were fine; my back apparently wasn't so keen on the idea. By the time the last one, the Miami 1/2, rolled around, I was in pretty bad shape. I'd been seeing Dr. Todd Narson sporadically for other things, but it turned out I had a slipped disc. He totally patched me up on Friday before the race so that miles 1-10 were completely pain free, and the last few were merely uncomfortable. I stopped a couple of times to do the stretching that Dr. Narson advised, and finished with a time within my goal nonetheless. I spent the next couple of months doing the rehab Dr. Narson suggested and am now right as rain and ready to run again. Whenever I have an ache or tightness, Dr. Narson is able to address it in short order and explain why it's happening, and how to keep working it out even when I'm not in his office.
