I honestly did not have high expectations from past experiences with physical therapy. But I was really impressed with Jeremy's knowledge and the difference of his treatments. I told him what was wrong with me (golfers elbow on both elbows) and what i couldn't do. He worked his magic and then gave me recommendations on how to adjust my wrist positions on various exercises and now, months later, i don't even ever remember having golfers elbow anymore even though i suffered with it for months before even seeking help. My mom used to go here, and they also came highly recommended by some of my friends who are pretty sporty. It's been about three weeks of working with the team at Jaguar and everyone is great. While it seems typically you'll have at lead PT, mine is Christian, they all work together to help the clients reach their best. I've worked with Justin and Danny too and they have all made me feel comfortable and keep me educated on what's going on and how I can get better. Patty and Will in the front are super friendly too, as well as the PTs in training Cecil and Alex. The space is clean, the staff is attentive, and they have great equipment. They also offer acupuncture and chiropractor services, too. Each session takes about an hour, and what I like best is they truly take their time to make sure you're getting the most out of each session. While I don't wish the need to go to Physical therapy on anyone, Jaguar Therapeutics is definitely a great option if you are in that place. They have multiple locations, too.
