I thought Robert was nice and very informative, he came up with some things I had not been told before and gave me exercises to do. He was giving me a lot of information quickly and we were starting to run over time although I still had some questions. He told me his wife runs the logistics, and she would call me to follow up about everything. A week went by, and I hadn't heard anything. I started to do the exercises he gave me, but still wanted to clarify some things. So I decided to call the contact number on the website. She answered sort of annoyed and confused as to why I was calling her. I tried to explain and ask some questions - but she sort of cut me off and didn't answer of them just asked when I wanted to book to come in. I told her, well let me do the exercises for a few weeks and then I will call back to book a follow up - Figuring I will just have to ask my questions when i see him. The exercises were helping, so I did call back, no answer, I left a voicemail, reminding her that we spoke before, and I just wanted to come back in. A week goes by, no response. Another week goes by. So the only other way to contact them is an email address, so I send an appointment request through there as well. And still a week goes by, nothing. I search and search for another way to contact them, there isn't one. A few more weeks go by and so I try again - called the number again, left a voicemail, again. Nothing. It is very disappointing, as I liked what Robert had to say and he did insist that I come back to see him and I was eager to, as the exercises had provided me with relief and I thought I finally had found a decent person to help with my chronic pain. Dr Robert came highly recommended from Dr. Nassery and my other doctor in Wellington, Dr Sadati....I have a very complicated case because I have worn braces twice, have been through tons of money and time trying to address my TMJ...have an amazing chiropractor (probably one of the best in the country) and I love him dearly but sorry to say...he can not hold a candle to this doctor's knowledge and patience... Robert is single handled the best physician on earth - I had 6 surgeries in my twenties and dealt with countless physicians and therapists - it is my strong belief that Robert was placed on earth by a divine entity - it's the only explanation that I can come up with because his knowledge and understanding of the human body are not of this worldly realm. There is no ego when u enter - my mother would go and complain that something else hurts not realizing that the issue was always there and due to other pain she never internalized that an issue existed - I on the other hand understand that sometimes there is an instant fix and other times a few sessions are needed - as we don't run a a marathon in one step, some issues are deep rooted and need multiple sessions - I believe that Robert should be charging more by a factor of 10 because he's worth his weight in diamonds - I would happily choose Robert as my team physician if I owned a professional sports team and I've visited with The "best" orthopedic surgeons on earth - Roberts ability dwarfs these so called industry experts in a manner so great that even comparing them to Robert I think is an insult to his ability - he truly is in a league of his own read more

This review above it is so NOT true. They are rude, and make you wait long time, Robert will spend not 1 minute more then you paid him for. They never return calls and are no really friendly. Robert, is a physiotherapist like any other, nothing special at all. His is NOT TMJ specialist, don't be full by dentists whom refer you there , it is only a money grabber. $150 for the fist visit which he will manipulate your neck maybe for 20 minutes if you lucky and subsequent visits for a whooping $125 for a 30 minutes of nothing! Dr. Robert is amazing with my 6 year old son post his frenectomy procedure. I feel so blessed that Dr. Nassery recommended Dr. Rob. Rob is extremely knowledgable professional, and kind with our son. Our GP recommended Impact Rehab to my husband. She had gone for therapy herself and was able to avoid surgery. My husband went and had such great results that I decided to try Robert. I had been going to a chiropractor for over 8 months and was no better. After 2 sessions with Robert and some suggestions about how to position my head when seated and sleeping my headaches have gone from every morning to about one every 2 weeks. My range of motion has improved tremendously and I'm happy to finally be pain free most of the time. I am still in rehab and hope to finally get rid of the pain in my neck and shoulders permanently.
