We called Advanced plumbing a couple weeks ago because the plumber we used regularly was backed up for a few weeks. After calling we found out they were a new business to the area, but had over 20 years working for someone else. I felt comfortable scheduling an appointment at that point. They showed up on time, dressed professionally, gave us a bid on what we called for and proceeded to complete the job. After we saw his finished product, we scheduled them to replace our water softener, a couple outside faucets, and 3 inside faucets. While he was there I picked his brain on some other items which he was extremely helpful with at no charge. I won't use another plumber as long as they are available. I called this company because I had concerns about my sump pump. I called late one night expecting to leave a message. The call was answered and I explained the problem. They attempted to give me some help over the phone. Then they showed up at my house the first thing the next morning. There was actually nothing was wrong with the sump pump. I appreciated the honesty and for not being charged for unnecessary work. My parents recommended this company because they have been very pleased with their service. Had Advanced Plumbing in to repair/replace sewer pipes in a major job, at least to me! The entire crew were polite, answered all of my questions, Rick went over the estimate step by step-explaining the need and process to correct issues. They cleaned up everyday inside and out. We called about a badly leaking bathtub faucet that was making a mess. Mike came out the next day and dealt with the problem quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. We provided a mask which he gladly agreed to wear while in our home. He fixed both faucets, patiently and politely explained what he was doing and why, and left the bathroom clean and dry.
