My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

My deep whiteheads would never naturally go away and had a very hard time rising to the surface of my skin. Not only did they stay stubbornly stuck in my skin, but some of them would also leave dark purple brownish scar even when I didn't pick at it or touch it at all. I knew I couldn't extract them myself so I went to many different estheticians to see if they could do the extractions for me. I was surprised to find out not everyone can do it well. In fact, there were exactly two people that I was satisfied with. One person did it well but would not continue to accept me as a client unless I used her products. I knew I didn't want to go with that option so on my desperate search, I fortunately came across Keyanna. She was not only able to extract the root of the whiteheads but she did not cause my skin to scar and bruise after the extraction. FINALLY!! I found the right person!! Over the course of the next few months, I was going to Keyanna regularly for facials which of course include extractions. She customizes the facials to fit my needs and makes suggestions on what she thinks will be best for my skin during each visit. In between treatments, I noticed there were much fewer whiteheads forming and my skin overall just started looking much healthier, which was very exciting for me! Now that my whitehead issue was being treated, I found that there was another skin issue I was dealing with. After years of having the wrong people do extractions for me, my skin was forming ice-pick scars that looked like small, sharp craters all over my cheeks. Keyanna and I decided it was time we turn to microneedling and I'm glad so glad we did! We finished my 4th treatment a few weeks ago and my skin is looking brighter and smoother each time. Ice pick scars are actually very difficult to treat but I am so happy to see that the small craters are starting to fill up and smoothen out. I still have a few more treatments to go but I am really looking forward to seeing the final result! They owe me my money back but I can now not get anyone to answer the phone or answer emails. I work as a firefighter so if I can't fix my hands I will not be able to continue my career. Not to mention the cost and since I can't even get an answer, I don't have the money to try something else. This is an awtul corporation that obviously only cares about the money and not the customers at all. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.
