Top notch! My experience started hearing Dallas on the radio talking about her experience. I wasn't happy with signs of aging on my face, so I called for the free online consultation (FaceTime) I was given options and quotes for those options. I felt the process was something I could handle, but I wasn't comfortable with going forward without a face to face conversation. I scheduled the consultation and asked if I was late because of traffic would I lose my appointment and $100 for the consultation. The friendly receptionist assured me as long as I called and communicated I wouldn't lose my hundred dollars. During my consult, Dr. Whitaker asked me what areas of my face were most concerning. I had bags under my eyes and droopy eyelids and a little bit of wrinkles around my mouth where my top concern so we came up with a plan to do surgery on my eyelids, upper and lower and C02 full face. I was given everything I needed to do written. This is great because I have a terrible memory. I was scheduled my preop where they went over everything again with written instructions. The day of the surgery everything went smooth. The operating room was very clean staff put me at ease And I feel like the procedure went very well. read more

About a year ago I was struggling with my weight. My stomach and bra roll were my problem areas. I scheduled a consultation with Cindy to discuss whether or not Sculpture was something that I was a good candidate for and if not, I was going to look into smart lipo elsewhere. Cindy assured me that I was a good candidate and that pain shouldn't be an issue so I signed up for sculpture and a unit of lip filler costing me about $7000. Come the day of the appointment the nurse went over some prep instructions with me since Cindy never gave me any of that. We started my sculpture treatment and at first I was very uncomfortable. The nurse said I could use the laughing gas if it hurt. I let her know that I drove myself and would that be a problem b/c I did not know anything about this! She said I should be fine 30 min after using it so I decided to try it to see if it made the procedure any more comfortable. For me, it did not. The heat from the machine was actually causing me severe pains in my stomach b/c it was irritating the nerves where it was placed. The nurse adjusted it but the pain continued. I finished up the treatment and felt terrible. I had an excruciating migraine that started on my way home from the laughing gas. I called Cindy to tell her that I could not complete the treatments and that I would like a refund for the remainder of the treatments. She said she could not do that but I should switch my package to Vanquish. She said it's the same thing, it just hurts less. Since this was my only option and I trusted her I went in and tried Vanquish. Once again at my appointment I learned some things about Vanquish. They wanted you to come in 1x per week which if Cindy had told me this I would have let her know that it would not work w/ my schedule but once again she left out information to make a sale. After getting through all of my treatments I have seen zero results! Probably b/c I was not a good candidate for this procedure and she should have just refunded me when I asked her to. I am so very disappointed in Atlanta Face and Body. I heard about them all over the radio station and assumed that they were a reputable company but I found out the hard way that they are not, and now I am out $7000 for absolutely nothing! I don't have that kind of money to be thrown away. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE, DO NOT USE ATLANTA FACE & BODY. They only want your money and don't care about you as a client. read more

I loveeee this place! I started coming here in 2018 after meeting some of the staff at the 2018 Women's Expo in Atl. I received a complementary mini facial and was hooked. My clinician Dawn was very knowledgeable and down to earth. She recommended products for me but wasn't pushy when it came to buying it being that some of the items were pricey. So I knew it wasn't about a dollar sign with her. I came back and got dermaplaning done and OMG, it was a life saver for my uneven acne prone skin. I took it upon myself to start looking into Buccal fat removal and chin Liposuction. So after my dermaplaning appointment, I asked about their services and was immediately sat down by Cindy and had my consultation THE SAME DAY! Cindy is a doll! Her demeanor is inviting and her voice is soooo comforting. I truly felt like I had just made a lifelong friend. After a few months of deliberating and a job transfer out to Alpharetta Georgia, I decided to give Atlanta face & Body a call about the procedure. I asked for Cindy, and you know what? She remembered me! She explained the procedures for me again, the pricing, and was able to fit me in for surgery a week later. I went in for my pre op appointment a couple days after talking to Cindy on the phone and had the pleasure of meeting THEEE Dr. Whittaker herself. After watching all of her YouTube videos, I felt as if I already knew her. Lol. She was soo sweet and attentive to all of my needs and questions. As a plastic surgeon, performing different procedures is how you make your money. But during my pre op appointment, she actually asked was I sure that I wanted to do buccal fat removal? She explained to me that it is irreversible and the older you get, the more you lose weight in your face. She wanted to make sure I was actually set in stone with my decision. I respected her so much more for that. Again, I didn't just feel like a price tag. She asked me a lot of questions about my desired look I wanted, what areas on my face I wasn't pleased with, and she again explained the procedure and different options for me. Not to mention I came in on a Friday and had the best snacks provided to me. Lol. That following Thursday September 12th, 2019 I got my procedures done and I couldn't be happier. I am in the healing phase now. I went to my post op appointment on September 13th, and I have another appointment on the 20th. I am still very swollen, but that is common. I had been wanting lipo for a while and finally decided to get it. Unfortunately I wish I hadn't because now body is a mess. I had my inner thighs, arms (just tricep area) and midsection done and on one of my thighs there's a very noticeable indent and that's not even the buggiest issue. It's almost like she tried to create a false waist for me and give me hips maybe? My love handles are completely uneven and one side is bigger than the other, I have a weird line indent across the bottom of my stomach and have two waists. Yes, TWO, because she didn't follow any of my body's natural lines. And the cherry on top, my stomach now has lumps or bumps or whatever you wanna call them. Finally the tricep area of my arms, I just kinda threw that in bc she mentioned it would be a really easy addition and I didn't really need much done there but now there's a clear difference between where she did the lipo and where she didn't because she didn't go all the way up and it abruptly stops so it almost looks like a step on my upper back arm. So now I'm even more insecure about my body than I was before going here and I will also have to pay thousands of dollars to someone else just to help fix all the damage. So moral of my story, if you're looking for any form of liposuction, go somewhere else. read more

DO NOT GET THE LAZER WARM SCULPTING. I paid 1,400 for warm sculpting on my lower stomach area. They advertise that in the first treatment you will lose 24% fat. That is a lie, also they tell you that you can go back to work after the procedure. That is a lie. They don't tell you that it can make you very sick after, they don't tell you that you can get very nauseas during. During my session I got super nauseas, starting sweating really bad. I ALMOST THROW UP I wanted to get those things off of me. I told Skye the person I set all this up with how unhappy I was, and she just offered for me to come back and try again. Why would I do that after what happened. She also offered a different thing called vanquish, but said it wouldn't really do anything. I literally felt sick all day after my session. I could not go back to work, so I lost a day of pay and nothing happened with losing any fat. When I told her about not able to work after she said that surely my work will be ok. They tell me that it doesn't happen right after, I get that. I got the treatment back in April, it is now September. Still nothing. I wasted 1,400 for nothing. When I told them that I was very unhappy with the procedure , they just told me that nothing is guaranteed. They actually said if they tell people that there is some cases of what happen to me that then they wouldn't sale any treatments. This is supposed to be a professional place. If you advertise something to work, you should guarantee it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE read more

I wanted to like this place, had such Hugh hopes after reading the reviews! When I heard Kristin from The Bert Show sing their praises I was sold! Unfortunately I did not get the same experience others talk about in their reviews. It felt like a facial factory- too many customers to get any personal attention. I did an online consult and after waiting 15 minutes for the appointment, she was laid out options for me to deal with under-eye bags. I was so excited! I showed up for my appointment and had not been prepped at all for what time expect. I waited AN HOUR - you read that right, 1 HOUR before finally seeing Dr Elizabeth. She tried to upsell me into eye surgery and I said I wasn't prepared for that and wanted to stick to what I came in for. So I waited some more. Herded into the photo area for before pictures although I'm not sure why because they never showed me the before or after photos. Then I was put in a room to wait for the numbing cream to set in. Finally, quickly approaching hour two, I made it to the room. The procedure itself took maybe 15-20 minutes. But wow, I wish they had told me not to plan to go back to work or anywhere else for that matter afterward because my face was so swollen and bruised, I looked like I had been in a fight! Wouldn't you tell a patient to expect this after the procedure? Maybe I should have known? They had 2 hours of me sitting there for someone to tell me! They did apologize for making me wait so long and gave me a bag of free sample things. I was happy with the results once it settled down and went for my follow up a few weeks later. This one went a little better, they took the after photos and then Dr Elizabeth came in. I told her I was happy with the results but would like a little more fine tuning. She didn't think it was a good idea and basically said without surgery there wasn't much else she could do to help. I never got to see the comparison photos so not sure why they took them. That's it - $2000 later and semi-happy with the results. I can't recommend them as I've been to other places in the past and had a much better experience. This just felt like a conveyor belt too concerned with getting as many people thru as possible with no personal interaction. I seem to be in the minority with my opinion but felt I needed to share my experience to hopefully at least help temper others expectations so you aren't disappointed. read more

I was referred to Atlanta Face &Body by a friend. I had a bad case of hyper pigmentation from a shingles break out on my face about 2 years ago. Prior to visiting Samantha I was seeing another dermatologist that was performing VI Peels every 2-3 months at $350 a pop and a compound cream at $100 a pop. I had about 10 peels over the course of a year and a half. Although I did see a small change however it seemed as if I was stagnant with results. After consulting with Sam she recommended to discontinue the peels and try zo medical skin regimen. After 1 month I started to notice less hyper pigmentation now it's been about 6 months and I can confidently walk out the house with no make up!!!!!!!! There is one last dark spot that needs to dissipate and I'm only half way though the bottle. I went in asking about laser treatments, I was willing to do and pay whatever it took to get this fixed.
