Meredith herself touchlessly took my temperature to ensure I had no fever and asked me about signs of Covid-19 (none). I had my appointment with PA-C Gloria Barnett today. From a car accident back in the late 1990's, the skin under my right eye is stretched out (had swelled shut due to trauma back then), so I always have this shadow under my eye that makes me look tired. I had a consult with Gloria and we decided to do a correction that was within my budget and would definitely make that bag/sag/shadow go away, and keep my face's symmetry. With 1 syringe of Voluma she added a little sculpting to the the top of each cheekbone to give me a natural-looking and long-lasting lift. With Juvederm XC she filled in that low spot under my right eye and ensured the fill was matched under my non-droopy left eye. Despite being a non-smoker since the late 1990's (and then it was only a pack a week, on and off, for a few years), I have noticed little vertical lines over my upper lip appearing. I suppose it is to be expected when you hit your 50's!. With a subtle and beautiful application of Volbella, Gloria erased the lines that I was self-conscious about, and ensured I had perfect symmetry and just a touch of softness on my upper lip without looking artificial or unnatural. Literally everyone. My first visit was for Botox (and maybe lips?) with Missy. It's hard to remember exactly where I started. Since then, I have had facials, laser treatments, Botox, lip fillers, under eye fillers, lash tints and lifts, and now laser hair removal. There is honestly nothing I wouldn't trust them to do. Every experience has been consistently amazing from the customer service, to keeping me comfortable, to amazing results. NOTHING has been painful. They have highly trained team members, advanced technology, and tools to make everything as painless as possible. Called back today and was told right off they don't take market place insurance (Obamacare.) I don't have that kind of insurance. Even after telling the girl that answered the phone what kind of insurance I had she had to place me on hold several times to talk with the office manager. She came back on the line and told me they don't accept my insurance. So I called my provider. Sure enough this office is in my network. So my provider called them and conferenced me in after explaining to the new person that answered the phone that they did accept my insurance. Then they tried to say that the Dr. Goodman wasn't accepting new patients. That was a lie because a) He was the doctor at the event trying to get new business and b) the first girl I spoke to said he was booked until the middle of October but he was available after that.

My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! This was my first time having any injectables done - I got filler in my lips and arrived still needing a consultation and professional opinion. My appointment was at 9:35 am on a Sunday at the studioplex location. I was nervous about the pain of injections after googling how bad it would hurt the night before but Angela put me at ease and totally accommodated me (had me lay down in case I passed out, iced my face, etc). I arrived about 30 mins early and Angela was able to see me about 20 before my actual appointment time, super considerate of my time. We had a brief consultation and talked about being conservative but still achieving the results I wanted. She numbed my lips for ~15 mins and they were good and numb by the time she started injecting. I am very particular and perfectionistic so it was a big leap of faith to trust someone with my face but Angela just gets it. My results are beautiful and she specifically said in my appointment the goal is to make it look like your lips, but better - not make it look different. I didn't know exactly the amount of filler I wanted and she basically said she would inject until it looked great, ended up using about 7/10ths of the syringe. Definitely the kind of professional to make the choice to send you home with beautiful results rather than try and sell another syringe or treatment just because she can. The injections felt like someone was just pinching me with tweezers, not even as bad as a bee sting. So so quick and easy. No pain after and hardly any swelling! I have a very light bruise 2 days later but it looks like nothing happened to anyone other than me. Literally everything could not have gone better. I think I walked out 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start, so efficient. I will absolutely be back for Botox and recommend Angela to anyone who asks!
