This facility charged my…read moreinsurance $200. for "Covid consultation" when all Dr. Yung asked my daughter was; "Have you had a Covid shot?" and "Do you have any symptoms of Covid?" That's it. When we first began to see this doctor a few months ago, they knew nothing about the medication my daughter was already getting as an injection (Ilaris) every month. Dr. Yung rolls in every 3 months and asks my daughter if she has any pain. No thorough examination. The charges my insurance $60. more dollars on top of the $30. co-pay for "seeing the doctor." Her other doctor (before she aged out) was Dr. Rob Lowe (I highly recommend!), who would do a thorough examination as it should be done, all the while asking if this or that was painful. Meanwhile, there are side effects of Ilaris that are never discussed with my daughter (like fluid around the heart). We are actively searching for another (better) doctor.

Danielle is by far one of my favorite medical assistants she's like a best friend of me. Karine and Monica are so sweet and always listen. DEsiree at the front desk is always so helpful and knows what to do when you need help always has a smile. The office manager heather is literally one of the best human beings ever. Lonnie is my mother's doctor he's firm? But understanding and just a giant teddy bear. You've got the man himself, Dr Daniel Fabito i'm beyond knowledgeable and cares about your basic needs.Along with your pain. The office is beyond clean. Always the perfect temperature, very spacious. And because I suffer from migraines, there's always a room in the back with no lights for me. There are some days when they do run behind. So today January 27th I called the office and was told that the my husband must not have made the "cut" because when the doctor looked at the charts and if he would have been picked, they would have callled us but they don't call the ones that don't make it. Over 8 years I have been covered 100% with several doctors, specialists and hospitals in 2 different states. She repeated something totally different pertaining to the insurance in a rude voice. I finally said OK I'll call someone else. Glad she had no idea what she was saying. With her attitude I'd rather not use that practice. I called another office. The girl on the phone was friends, helpful and has a fabulous personality.

She can see clearly now and is very happy with the results. Be careful when searching for a doctor for any type of surgery. Some will have you sign away the ability to leave a negative review, which I found true with some of the other surgeons we initially considered. That wasn't the case here and I believe Dr. Swanic is the best for this type of surgery.
