The owner rearranged his schedule in order to get to me by early afternoon. He was clear and professional. We agreed to partner up; he'd get the siding and shingles, I'd get the paint. My roof was in rough shape. I expected him to pitch me a new roof, but he's too honest for that. Instead they worked into the evening, fixed everything, replaced some other siding unrelated to the leak, cleaned my gutters and blew out the leaves and mess from all around my house. We had siding pieces that were foamed in to fill gaps (from previous jobs that we didn't know how to check), and he showed these to us, and told us what would be the best option to fix it: to replace these with custom cut pieces of cement board. And they did it beautifully and the same day. Our home had probably 30 different things that needed to be redone, or revamped, from siding, deck, paint, caulking, window glass, roofing, fascia's, front doors, stairs, wallpaper teardown resurfacing and painting, and much much more. I would trust JOC to build a home for me from scratch. And i know that it would be done correctly through and through, from the best materials, to the best worksmanship. We are so thankful to God that he brought Jennifer and Oscar into our lives. He also caulked a bunch of unexpected areas needed. He still got the house exterior painted quickly, especially considering its rained almost every day for weeks. He still would come by, even if for a few hours, every time it was sunny, till it was done. He and his whole crew was super nice as well. They cleaned up all their trash when they left, as well.
