Danny and the team did a great job with our roof. Made an estimate and worked with insurance for the claim. This is the second leak from the roof. It was only repaired by another company before but not replaced. Danny and team submitted that the entire roof needed to be replace and the insurance covered it all. NO Further leaking even with the severe weather this summer. Very prompt came and went when they said. Roofers are notorious for scheduling and then call to say they are unable to come till tomorrow which just means not today. NOT with Danny and team. They schedule and do the work. Cover everything and clean up the mess. I was able to manage everything via text message and did not have to be home. Felt very comfortable having them come to the house even though I was not home. I also had a nest under the eave that had nothing to do with my leak. Danny was willing to send someone out to manage the situation and repair the area. Had Danny the owner come out and meet with my adjuster, took all the work out of the process for me. I had heard of sooooo many bad experiences with contractors and he came recommended so I took the chance, so glad I did. The new roof was on in no time and with my busy schedule I had no time to coordinate the adjuster and the paperwork, and follow up paperwork. The experience was completely seamless and recommended him to to friends and they had a similar experience I did. Will use Ga Inhomeservices for all my home needs in the future. Danny was helpful from start to finish. Held our hands through the whole process. I recently thought i had an issue with the roof when i saw a stain on the bedroom office ceiling. I had painters out doing the repairs. I called Danny with my concerns and within a couple hours the roofer supervisor showed up and took a look. He looked in the attic and on the roof and found the issue was with leaves clogging the gutters which was causing a back flow of water. Bottom line, the roof integrity was not an issue. Even so, he added a few directional guides to assist the water flow so it wouldn't have a tendency to back up. He was done in about 30 minutes. So, even though it wasn't a warranty issue, he still came out promptly, with a smile, and did his best to assist. Hopefully, if i keep my gutters clean, the problem will not reoccur. After a long wait from my insurance company, I decided to use Ga. In Home Services to replace my roof. About a year ago, a man stopped by my house and talked with my husband and left a pamphlet with roof samples. I called that man, Gabe, a few days later. Gabe then put me in touch with Danny, the owner. He was very helpful in helping me pick out the perfect shingles for my house. The very next day my supplies were delivered to my house. The storm that we got couple of weeks back removed couple of Shingles off our roof and when contacted Danny was kind enough to send Gabriel at the earliest to replace the missing shingles and fix the roof for us.
