We're newbies to RV'ing, so I don't know how they compare, price-wise, with others - they have not only fixed several issues we had (tank issues, AC, etc.), BUT they ALSO walked me through how to use some of the systems that I have that I was not familiar/comfortable with. Very patient with my questions. AND I LOVE the dog that's there! She's VERY VERY sweet & she played with my dog VERY sweetly & enthusiastically. I try to take my pup with me when I go now, so he can play with her.:)

There is no doubt I would recommend them just because of their professionalism but I am resoundingly endorsing them because of their products. In my opinion if someone is looking for a lightweight unit they need to go online and seriously look at this store's inventory. Product is short on supply but that doesn't mean you research and that doesn't mean you can't order what you want. I love the Flagstaff line as well as the Winnebago products and the Stryker is a nice toy hauler while Cruiser Aire is a solid product in its price point. However the product that I'm very excited about are the E pros by Flagstaff and the No Bo by No Boundary. This is my recommendation; go see Matt if you're looking for your first trailer, your last trailer or for that matter your next trailer. I know Matt and I know he knows his stuff inside and out. He cares about his customers and he doesn't lie or tell a bunch of stories. You can trust him! He won't come at you with a whole bunch additional fee - just tax title and license.
