Well their Billing department, owning up to errors made, treating any long-term patient with…read moredecency and respect for even alerting to a question of why there is a double invoice for something already paid & able to be proven as such. In terms of Dermatology & knowledge, I would agree Dr. Musick offers what I feel is experience. What I feel is honesty, intergrity or actual care for a patient over a bottom line invoice and collection of fee I feel one star can't be a low enough review. Musick billing made it crystal clear that all invoice disputes - even if acknowledged errors on their part - can only be decided on my Dr. Musick. Not their billing department, not their billing manager. That level of over-reaching untrust, makes me wonder if what I thought was kindly care by Dr. Musick, is as fake as the lips and filled wrinkles that he performs to keep the bills paid. Lesson learned if you care about your actual body, skin care or have an unfortunate and real history of skin cancers, go elsewhere and please use this as the strongest recommendation to do so. If you need plump fillers, Botox or similar to make your day worthwhile. Good news Metro East, this can be your place! If you need honest skin cancer care as a patient, then bad news, this shiny new office needs bills to pay and you are an invoice first and true care falls in somewhere after. If you have true, actual dermatology needs please reasearch professionals that can and will care - that is what I will do here next.

They both have done minor procedures on me with little to no scarring. Along with their skills, their bedside manor is also great - knowledgeable and reassuring. On the cosmetic side I have had some minor procedures. All have been good. I highly recommend Nancy. She is also kind, easy to talk to, and gets the job done well.

I've never had a large chest. I was a B at my largest. I never considered this a bad thing. I am…read morean athlete and enjoyed not having to battle my boobs as part of my workout. I also thought that as I got older I wouldn't have to worry about sagging breasts. Well, after three kids in 4 1/2 years I discovered I was wrong. I nursed all three (about 4 years over a 6 year stretch) and worked very hard to lose all of my baby weight after the last was born. I lost the weight, got into some of the best physical shape of my life but lost what little curves I had. My boobs had become saggy. Saggy skin. How does that happen? You can work on your body to get your shape back, but how do you get boobs back? I wore bikinis and couldn't fill in the smallest top. Shirts were also a challenge. I didn't fill out the "darts" in shirts made for a woman's breasts. It was difficult. After I turned 38, my youngest was now 6, I decided it was time for me to reclaim my figure. I discussed my decision with my husband and kids. My husband wanted me to know that I didn't need to do it for him. He loved me for who I was and didn't care about the size of my chest. He said I wanted my kids to understand and accept my choice. Amazingly, they were very supportive. They were mostly worried about me looking drastically different. I assured them that wasn't my intention and began my search. I searched online for the best plastic surgeons in the St. Louis area. I live on the Illinois side of the river and wanted convenience as well as excellence. I found both with Dr. Timothy Bradley, a plastic surgeon located in Swansea, IL. Everyone at the facility was very friendly, professional, and supportive. The surgery and recovery were explained thoroughly. I was shown the different types of implants and was told the size my body could accommodate, which was a large C cup. As an athlete and a mother of 3, I didn't want a drastic change. I just wanted my chest. I chose implants that were a large B to a small C. Okay, so I went a little bigger than my God-given chest . I had breast augmentation surgery the middle of March. It was very simple and easy. I did need help to make it through the rest of the day - I was pretty much out of it. After that, the healing process began. I began walking for exercise a few days after the surgery (at a little easier pace) and was back to regular exercise within a month to 6 weeks (which included running, biking, swimming, and tennis). This was important to me because I love being active. The swelling went down in my chest slowly but surely over those couple of months. By summer, I was wearing, and filling out, a bikini top. I now filled out shirts that I already had and could find new clothes because I wasn't battling a non-existent chest. It's been almost 9 months since my breast augmentation surgery, and it's a decision I do not regret and don't think I ever will. My breasts look and feel natural (my husband agrees). My new breasts make me feel like a woman again. I have a figure. Thank you to Dr. Bradley and his excellent staff for giving me back my womanly figure.

I chose Dr. Timothy D. Bradley for lower eyelid surgery and unfortunately my experience has been…read morevery difficult. While I understand that complications can occur with any surgery, a complication occurred during my procedure and, more than two months later, I am still dealing with ongoing issues. I continue to experience bruising, swelling, tearing, discomfort, and concerns regarding the function of my eyelid. These problems have affected not only my daily life but also my ability to work. What has been most disappointing is feeling that my concerns have not been fully addressed. As a patient, I was looking for guidance, support, and reassurance while dealing with an unexpected recovery. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and unheard during a very challenging time. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision and ask detailed questions about potential complications, recovery expectations, and post-operative care before undergoing surgery. This review reflects my personal experience and the challenges I have faced throughout my recovery.

My diagnosis was prompt and i was scheduled for outpatient surgery ASAP to remove the troublesome cyst. Will update this after my procedure next week, but i expect nothing less than outstanding treatment. UPDATE: Ok. The procedure went well yesterday. Dr Hurst is TOP TIER!! I had an excellent experience, from the moment we met. Dr Hurst demonstrated expertise and professionalism, while taking the time to address all my concerns. Taylor, a med student, assisted and she was outstanding, as well. Confident and patient and knowledgeable. Dr Hurst and Taylor made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive dermatologic care. State of the art equipment too in an easy to find and easy to park location.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office regarding an appointment for my son. Before…read morescheduling, I specifically confirmed that they accepted my insurance. My son then attended his appointment, received treatment, and I even provided my insurance card at check-in without any issues being mentioned. When I drove 40 minutes for my son's follow-up appointment, I was suddenly told that they do not accept my insurance--and, according to the staff, they didn't accept it at his previous visit either. This should have been caught before treatment was provided. I requested a call from the office manager to discuss the situation, but I never received one. I also asked whether I would be receiving a large bill for the treatment that was provided due to their mistake, and I was told they didn't know. For the follow-up visit, I was offered a self-pay option with a $100 copay, but the staff could not tell me what the total cost of the visit would be. The lack of communication, failure to verify insurance correctly, and unwillingness to provide answers or follow-up have been extremely frustrating.
