I cannot say enough of the service that I received from Robert and his staff. I reached out to him after I found his positive reviews on yelp. He was VERY responsive and answered all of my questions. The same day of contact I purchased 3 frame tv's and was put on the scheduled to have them installed the following week. His TV pricing was competitive as were the labor charges. The installation techs were professional, courteous and very neat. They cleaned up completely and did not leave until I was able to work all three. To go even further, Robert had recommended a 43" for a bedroom. I was sure that would be too big. Well, I was wrong. The smaller 32" was much to small. Robert and the entire team at Advanced Sound and Image exceeded all expectations! I had an outdated whole home audio system which required extensive rewiring. The pricing was very reasonable, but the attention to detail blew me away. Running the new wiring was very challenging, but the team of Curtis, Jose, and Brian was both expert and creative, overcoming several challenges. Beyond that, they were all very concerned about leaving my home exactly as they found it, draping my furniture and rugs and leaving my house cleaner than when they arrived. Back in February I called Robert to mount a 65" tv. My call was based on all the 5 star reviews I read. They did not lie. He was able to come the next day and did an outstanding job.
