I'm becoming a regular here with my severe multilevel cervical osteoarthritis in my neck. Dr.Kallgren is my doctor and is super amazing. He's there to answer all of your questions and concerns and go over the best treatment plans for your pain. His staff are really kind and has 3 offices Mesa, Gilbert and now in Chandler. I chose epidurals at first but it hasn't seem to help so I'm having to go with other options. However what hasn't worked for me doesn't mean it won't work for you. Ten stars. Dr. Crismon is the best. I won't go to anyone else. Genuinely interested in getting you healed up and back to normal rather than creating a dependency. I crawled into this office in 2005 with hips so out of whack that one leg was fully two inches longer than the other in horrible pain and basically immobile. I had been to other chiros who only made it worse, jumped to assumptions and didn't correctly diagnose me. Dr. Crismon helped me walk again, I don't know how else to put it. He treated me with what was necessary so I could move on with my life. He is thoughtful and data driven in his practice. I have recommended several friends, family members to him over the years. Dr. Crismon is a MIRACLE worker! Literally! My initial visit was in 2004. During physical therapy, Dr. Crismon did not like the lack of flexion I had in my neck and ordered an MRI for me. The results to the MRI tested positive for cancer in my thyroid and my lymph nodes. Fast forward to June 2023. I fell and broke my arm in three places which triggered some nerve damage in my neck. For an entire year, I had excruciating pain on a daily basis. After visits to specialized doctors, physical therapist, and an epidural shot, the excruciating pain persisted. After a friend recommendation for me to go see a Chiropractor, I made an appointment to see Dr. Crismon. The day of my appointment I was in so much pain, I could not set down. After approximately ten minutes in the exam room, Dr. Crismon identified the pain, and its origin. The pain that I was having stemmed from "trauma to the chest, that has been there a long time". My clavicle had shifted, my sternum, as well as my rib cage was damaged. Huh!?! Not one doctor identified the pain as starting in my chest. The three specialist I saw, all wanted me to have surgery. After one visit with Dr. Crismon, I was just about pain-free! After five visits, I am happy to say I am pain-free! I now see Dr. Crismon as needed. Dr. Crismon not only cares about your designated issues, but he cares for you and your entire body! He ALWAYS goes beyond the call of duty. Dr. Crismon, and his entire staff, truly has your best interest at heart. He is approachable, reachable, courteous, knowledgeable and does an unbelievable, incredible, and a miraculous job! I went here 3 years ago. My last appointment he cracked my back and I have infused vertebrae and that was NOT supposed to happen. So I never went back. Well 3 years later this office wants to hit a 7 month pregnant girl in the middle of this COVID pandemic where we are all already struggling. They want me to pay 25 from my first appointment even though my 2nd appointment was 25?! The topper to this is I am no longer employed with where I had insurance coverage and they won't even call my insurance with me they want me to. I lived in the same address and had the same phone number and insurance until August of 2018. But apparently they don't believe in a phone call and just want to threaten collections THREE YEARS LATER. So thanks on top of the hundreds of doctor bills I have already you guys really have to have your 25 dollars that I can't even verify is correct. I paid 25 for my 2nd appointment with you but you're saying 50 is due for the first?!?!!? read more

My last chiropractor gave me all the back pain I have now, so I was a nervous to try again. Dr. Crismon reassured me and only adjusted to my comfort level. he understands the pain from a patient level and he's compassionate when figuring out the best treatment. I'm sooo amazed with the place that I wanted to write a review: I have gone to advanced rehabilitation therapy close to 4 months now. My trainer recommended it to me. I see Dr Dan Graham. I don't even know if my review will do justice.... because he is AMAZING and I'm sure my words will be lacking. I have neck problems because of stress and tension. To the point where I would get really bad migraines. Also when the X-ray was taken the first time my neck is supposed to be curved the right way and it wasn't. A typical visit is adjusting my neck, back etc. When he cracks me it feels sooo good. I'm relaxed and loving it. He also does stimulation therapy. Let's fast forward to today. After the X-ray was taken my neck curvature is coming back. Not only that but my arthritis in my neck is reversing. I have bone growth. Dr. Dan's bedside manner is second to none. He takes interest in your life and if you have goals that you want to reach he will help you achieve them. HE IS THE BEST!!!!. The girls at the front desk are very nice. The therapist is also very nice. If you have issues with your body I highly recommend this place. I promise....You won't regret it. I have been receiving chiropractic care since 1995 in different areas of the country and from many different doctors. The reason? I've been playing golf (and a LOT of it) for the past 35 years and I can't think of many worse things you can do to your spine and the muscles supporting it than swing a golf club. I've literally played in excess of 1000 rounds of golf per year through multiple years of my life, so when I say a lot, I mean a lot. I came to Dr. Dan Graham from a friend of mine and have now been a patient since 2009. In my significant experience through many different doctors and styles, Dan has been the greatest guy I've ever had work on me. The only reason I'll stop going to Dr. Dan is if one us leaves the country or gets hit by a bus. Over the years I've had tremendous improvement under Dr. Dan's care and we embarked on a more aggressive program to keep the breakdowns from happening with both his help and the help of some PT focused exercises from Dr. Dave. Due to this, I've been able to reduce my visits and feel a lot better. I still get the occasional flare ups, nothing is going to completely eliminate it due to the abuse I've placed on my body for so many years, but I feel better for longer now which is awesome. The simple fact that every single person in this office absolutely and unequivocally gives a damn about your overall health and well being sets this place apart from anything else I've encountered. They spend as much time as they need on every single visit to ensure you are happy, satisfied, and most importantly feeling better.
