WOW...The Rozenhart Sisters - Jennifer and Stephanie have a very caring touch. Their facility is large with private rooms for adjustments. The staff is trained very well. Everyone is super friendly and if you are in a rush, you can almost always walk-in for an adjustment. They have this high end machine thingy that evaluates your whole body. It gives you a grade. I scored a pretty good "B" :-) but what I liked about the whole thing is that you get to see your progress depending on which program you are on. I love this place. Keep up the great work ladies. I found Rozenheart Chiropractic on an ad on Facebook. I responded there and recieved an e-mail immediately and a call the next day to schedule my appointment. The ad was $37 for a consultation, a 30 minute massage and 2 weeks free membership at Right Stuff Fitness (confirmed in an e-mail). After booking my appointment I got a lot of calls and a text to remind me of the appointment. It was a bit excessive . . . The lovely people inside the office are very nice and pleasant. The office is nice. There is ample parking and it's in a good location, in my opinion. I did not go to them for specific pain but rather preventive care. I was given an x-ray and a consultation with a treatment plan on another visit. The treatment plan didn't fit my schedule or budget. I was recommended to another office and sent on my way. 3 stars for good location and nice people but ultimately the was no mention of the massage or the Right Stuff Fitness pass. read more

Two things lacking here: - Genuine care for patient - Responsiveness I'm not a fan of this practice. Dr Steph seemed a bit distant when I interacted with her on multiple occasions. She also was not very responsive by phone and didn't return calls in a timely manner (i.e. within 1-2 business days). She also did not personally return any phone calls early on but delegated it to her receptionist (who was new and didn't know what was going on). It seemed to me that this office was more interested in billing me than responding to my treatment-related questions. Example: why are they more responsive when it comes to billing questions than when it comes to treatment-related questions? (i.e. it took a few hours to respond to my billing related emails, it took days to respond to treatment related phone calls) Receptionist: Anyways, their receptionist is nice but not very organized: example, she apparently made a "mistake" in billing me. The receptionist would "forget" to call me back until days later with the Dr's response. From a new patient, this is not a sign of a good practice. I don't recommend this practice to anyone I know. read more

I try hard to avoid writing one star reviews as I feel the over intensity of the opinions in them tend to void the review. So I'll simply say this has been an absolutely awful experience. We contacted Rozenhart regarding Chiropractic care for our infant (she had been fusing when we laid her down and I thought it might be spine related). I called the office to set up an appointment and when I inquired about prices for infant care I was told the consultation was free and adjustments were around $45 each. With that I purchased the Yelp deal ($164 of service for $97) to pay for what I assumed would be a couple of visits. When we arrived for the appointment we waited for the doctor in a consult room for about 20 minutes (not an easy feat with an infant). When she finally arrived she looked our baby over, asked some questions and did a minor adjustment. Before we left she said she would like to see our daughter once more that week and then two times the following week (it was Monday). On the way out we scheduled an appointment and when we told them we had purchased the yelp deal they said there would be no charge for this visit. We returned Wednesday for the follow up and had a different doctor,they are sisters and we were told this might happen. However, she subjected us to the same interview process we had the first time around ("Is the baby eating well? Was it a natural birth? Was the labor long?"). Not new questions or things that would have changed since the last visit, just standard patient information. She performed a small adjustment and said to make another appointment at the front desk. HOWEVER, this time the front desk said they'd like to make an appointment for Friday (It was now Wednesday and that would make three visits in the first week) AND that this visit would cost $50. My wife, not aware of the Yelp deal I had purchased paid the $50. When we called to ask them how the first visit cost $164 (when the consultation was supposed to be free and the adjustment was supposed to be $45 and their pricing sheet lists the MAXIMUM amount for an adjustment around $105) they simply said we must have misunderstood the deal or their pricing. Ignoring that nothing has changed in my infants health or behavior (I won't fault them for not working miracles in two visits), I can say I'm dismayed that this company seems to either have shady business practices or subpar accounting. Perhaps both. I would not recommend Rozenhart Family Chiropractic to anyone. read more

I have been seeing the Rozenharts for close to a decade! I like the flexibility with being able to get in for a quick adjustment sometimes with only 24 hours notice. I've noticed an overall improvement of health since starting chiropractic. I must say how very disappointed I was at the cost per vist (which included 4 adjustments) and the amount of time that was spent for each individual appointment - less than 7 minutes! So, I did some research and called 20 other Chiropractic offices in the bay area, I went on line to a couple web sites that give you a average of cost per visit and RFC was right on w/ the price however they failed miserably regarding the TIME of each visit. If your like me, and you want help getting to the root of your body challenge than I would not recommend this place - if you want a quick adjustment and off you go - then this is your place. On a personal note - I really enjoyed the environment and the energy of the store - very clean and organized - both are highly educated in their field - together they have over 20 years of experience and they practice positive thinking among others. I came in this week for an hour massage with Blanca. Whoa. It is with amazement and great pleasure that I announce that I had THE best massage I have ever had. Ever. She was very easy to talk to and did the perfect amount of talking during the massage. So often massage therapists talk too much to try to ask questions that it's not relaxing. She intuitively knew the balance. Her skill was unparalleled to another therapist I'd worked with in the past. Just a few short hours later I actually felt like I had the workout of my life. Two days later, my body was still very aware of what had been done. Spectacular. I've always been a fan of Burke Williams -- but know I realize that if I want a real massage, I'll return to see Blanca. Gina upfront was great too - helpful & personable. My only qualm is that the room was super tiny and you could hear people outside in different rooms doing introductory meetings/adjustments. Also, they offer text reminders which is nice. read more

It had been quite some time since I went to see a chiropractor, and I knew that there were some issues I needed to work on. My knee was acting up and I knew that nerves in your back can sometimes effect your extremities, Also my lower back was a little tense too. Dr Steph did a thorough examination including x-rays and a heart stress test. The adjustments were easy and painless. Not only did she provide adjustments to correct the pain I had, she also provided tips for healthy living in general. What more can I say about the practice, they saved my life when I had major neck issues, 2 1/2 years ago! I was in pain 24/7 and it was affecting every part of my life at the time, and my GP just gave me drugs and wanted me to just get pain management! Seriously, I was in tears everyday and I am not a crier, believe me! The adjustments, and care helped me with the pain management and Rozenhart is the one who said, get an MRI, this is not good.
