Very thorough examination. Went in for neck pain that I've had for years and the chiropractor explained more what was going on in detail, did an adjustment, applied heat and tens therapy. Nice, quiet and clean environment. Staff were very friendly as well. The goal, which is much different than other chiropractic facilities, is to get me to where I don't need to come back. Every other chiropractor I've seen tries to push visits obviously for billing purposes but not this place, which was a nice relief. Overall, great place, will definitely be coming back until my neck is better. read more

I was sent by my attorney after being involved in a accident, when I said I was feeling better I was encouraged (coached) to continue treatment. Insurance refused to pay and because attorney was not licensed in California he dropped the case. Instead of honoring the lien the office insisted I pay $14,000. I am a senior on ss and unable to do so. They sent this to collections which has totally affected my credit. I would not use them or Henness and Haight attorneys again read more

The staff and doctors deserve 5 stars for how they treated me, they are concerned and professional. How we, all 3 doctors told me to my face I would not need to pay for services due to the lawsuit should my attorneys withdraw my case. I asked them all several times as I had never had this experience. Well, my attorney dropped my case and I received a bill. I was told they do not write off the bill although all 3 doctors told me differently while treating me. Now, at my request, they won't see me. I can't believe they all lied to my face. Son I want to see if they will lie again to my face. I requested to see them but they have refused. Just be careful and know that I am having to pay. They all did not tell me the truth. I have a problem with licensed professions who lie to me. Ethics is something I expect from licensed professionals. read more

Hands down the best in the business. When you walk in they make you feel like they are taking care of you like they would a family member. All the staff from the front office,back office, doctors, therapists are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding. Late hours, weekends, multiple locations (but I was at the one in Henderson). Couldn't have asked for better treatment after my car accident. I looked forward to going and seeing them for my rehabilitation. Of course I wish the car accident never happened but I'm so thankful that I had them to take care of me. I miss seeing their smiling faces. Both my daughter and I have had a really great experience at AS&R! Dr. Russell is great at what he does, has a great bedside manner, and has a fun-loving personality. People who have to visit the chiropractor are usually in pain or discomfort and it truly helps to have a doctor who's personality, knowledge and treatment are all on point! It's easy to schedule and also to reschedule when needed as the front desk crew are on top of it, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Jay and Briana, the two massage therapists that I see there. They are kind, knowledgeable and good at what they do! It is also worth noting that cleanliness of the office and keeping the lobby clear of people (social distancing standards) exceed my high standards! Let me start with the staff and service received was good. My problem with this company is with the billing department. My insurance is a 90/10 NO co-pay. Every time I went in they wanted to collect a co-pay ($35). I explained I didn't have a copay, they called and confirmed it and said that is what the insurance said to collect. I called the insurance and they said they should only collect 10%, no Copay. Again they wanted $35 (which is what a co-pay would be). I asked what the visit cost and they couldn't tell me. That sounds shady to me, how do you not know what my visit for that day is? If I didn't have insurance they would know what to charge me and I wouldn't be able to leave without paying in full. read more
