To Jason - I have also went back to get my adjustment under another doctor and have talked to CS was told they've give me a call and stll NO RESPONSE of my question regarding 'increase' charge out of pocket additional adjustments! I did email them so far no response! So I called around NB and AZ, as well as, reaching out to CEO. No repsonses either! Please read! I have gone to this location for I think almost 2 years now and it has slowly gotten new people replaced where others are finding better opportunities. And now with Dr M. who is having 2 or 3 times a week there as I went for my walk in treats me like I'm a stamp date on paper, using the activator stamping it to my body, not like using TLC to the body then I tell not to go too hard. Either Dr N or Dr Ch seems to be better care for our bodies and treat it better with respect. Also, I want to bring up to Jason's response back to initial review that since the increase of outside monthly auto pay for my treatments there that there are times I have to go outside my monthly auto due to going fast out of alignment. I tried to email few of the higher ups twice regarding the increase cash payment outside of autodraft monthly treatments and they never responded to me and I said will do a review if don't hear from them. read more

First thing coming into this place, there was really friendly customer service. It was a smaller staff of two, so while I was waiting to see the doctor, the assistant was able to get me set up with the hydrotherapy. I booked via ClassPass and the process was so smooth from the booking, stepping into the office and greeted immediately by Tirzah, and then being adjusted by Dr. Chen. Tirzah is such a kind bubbly person. She explained the process thoroughly and helped me get set up with the water massage. Then Dr. Chen showed me what is going on with my spine and after his adjustments, my body felt better than when I first stepped in. I'm happy to have found this place! My back was a mess and I was supposed to fly internationally the next day. I couldn't get into a couple of the chiropractors I tried and so I happened to see this location when I was going to Sprouts nearby. I came in as a new patient and they told me that it would be about 30 minutes before they could see me. I appreciated that because I had other errands to take care of in the neighborhood. So I went and ran my errands and came back and the timing worked out perfectly. They did the initial consultation and then the doctor saw me. He was able to correct the issues that were affecting me and my back was normal again. I was very grateful! I signed up for their membership and have been back a couple of times and been very pleased. I have a new chiropractor. read more

I had woke up with a stiff neck a couple days ago and I ended up going in and seeing what they could do about it, they ended up treating that and and my hips needed aligned that they were able to take care of that and popping my upper back as well. Quick and easy. I go during my work's lunchtime and they are able to fit me in. Follow-up appointments usually take around 5-10 mins which is perfect for me. You do not need to book an appointment to come in and it isn't busy when I arrive. Both my mother and I are patients and we enjoy it as we have lots of pain from working the medical field. There has not been a time where I haven't felt satisfied after leaving the office. They know what they're doing here and I trust the doctors. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is just awful!! We went there in good faith and were swindled!! After a couple of treatments we found that this was not for us and they would not cancel our subscription until we went there and sat through a debriefing of why we should stay. We both work have a child and grown adults. If we call a business, we expect that they accept our simple request and stop the automatic payments. Unfortunately for us we were held hostage till returning and signing the documents and even then they continued to charge us!! They said they lost the paperwork and were unable to return the payments they took from our account!! They offered treatments in exchange but that was not an option for us so in the end they stole 5 payments from us. So if you plan on signing up here, do your due diligence and make sure you are 100% sure as they tricked us good and hope it doesn't happen to someone else. read more

2 years ago I slipped a disc in my back. I'll be honest, the only reason I went in to Nuspine was to get a release from work. After the 2nd visit I was walking upright and the pain had begun to subside. So I kept going. 2 years later and I still go once a week for an adjustment. I don't have the back issues that I've had most of my adult life and my joints feel looser. Came in for an evaluation my lower back has been hurting for two weeks now. Dr Jodi came in an checkout everything too make sure she cam adjust me today with out damaging or making things worst for me. The did check my blood pressure, the pressure on my back blood , neck and was able too make adjustments today. I have a dislocated hip from a previous accident. Pop it back in place relive the neck and back pressure instantly. Will be coming for more tomorrow until I feel better.
