I have lived for over 30 years with cervical spine pain from a bad accident and other rear collisions over the years. Truly a "pain in the neck" my neck! Yes the doctors then treated me for my immediate needs, but never considered my needs thereafter especially as I get older. I had seen various chiropractors, physical therapists and the like over the years, but never got any lasting relief. Then I decided to visit Advanced Spine Joint & Wellness Center in Medina after I met them at a BNI meeting. Initially it's a little overwhelming at their place because there is a lot going on during your treatment. But I grew to love it as I understood how they operate by using a multi-discipline approach to YOUR healing. Including: chiropractic care, massage, laser therapy, spinal decompression, muscle/trigger point injection therapy, TENS therapy, physical therapy, classes for home care [to work with your care during and after ASJWC therapies] and so much more. As a health conscious person, the standard medical treatment for pain like pills and/or surgery was NOT an option. With ASJWC treatment plan and their educating me with continued home therapies I have never felt better. I will continue with periodic adjustments/therapy as well. Troy has assembled the best of the best rehab care providers for a "team" approach. WOW!!!! Let me start by saying that I typically dislike doctors and doctors offices. They are normally always running behind schedule and I often leave after sitting for 30 minutes. Advanced Spine is unlike any medical office I have ever been in. Once you get in their system you get texts reminding you of your next appointment, then when you arrive for your appointment you check in on one of the computer monitors on the wall and before you can get to the desk you are being handed your file and directed where to go. Incredibly efficient! Having had 6 surgeries on my right knee due to soccer injuries including one ACL replacement, I have bone on bone pain in addition to arthritis. I was a candidate to have a gel injected into my knee and while it was not pleasant as it was being administered, within ten minutes I was walking as though it was twenty years ago. FINALLY, I am able to bound up and down stairs without holding a handrail and wake up each day without the swelling behind my knee that has plagued me for ten years now. I came here seeking to treat a back injury that I've been living with for the past 20 years. I would get off work and barely be able to get out of my truck. I would literally limp to my front door due to the pain in my lower back and right hip. I came for a free consultation figuring I had nothing to lose. To my surprise they told me they could not only make me feel better, they could fix me. Also during my consultation I made an off handed remark about having migraine headaches. They said they could treat that condition too! I was quite skeptical about this claim since I've had these all my life and was told it was hereditary. So, I went ahead with the treatment plan they out lined for me and could never be happier! Since I started treatment here my back feels like it did when I was in my early twenties and best of all...I haven't had a single headache! I would get at least two mild headaches a week and four to five migraines a month. This is the first time in my life that I have been headache free! It's amazing! I have been very happy with laser therapy to heal my plantar fasciitis. I have been dealing with this for 8 months. After just two treatments my foot was noticeably better. The laser machine is one of two in NEO- the CAVS own the other. I wish I had one at home. Pricing was fair - insurance does not pay for laser, and if I paid in advance there was a discount. The staff have been very friendly. From the onset I made it clear I only wanted the laser therapy and nothing more, and thankfully they have respected my request. The only reason I did not give 5 stars (aside from "kiddo") is that the majority of the time there are "way" too many people in the facility -- many seem to be just working on their own doing their exercises, or waiting (especially for the handheld wand back massage). Personally I don't use any other service here and probably would not because of the excess of clients. Other than that, I am very happy with the laser treatment! read more

I have suffered from plantar faciitis for over 20 years with both feet, developed sciatica, neck, leg,TMJ and mid back issues. Back in July, I started having knee pain,, so I found an orthopedic doctor here in Parma. She told me I had arthritis in both knees and one knee was bone on bone. She proceeded with injections , at that point I was told I needed knee replacement and also that I had sciatica. She kept pushing the surgery and sent me to a surgeon. I had my doubts. Started PT with them, since i was told that it's required. I was in more pain and mentally and physically a wreck. The end of August I made the right choice to go to Advanced Spine and Wellness. Troy went through my x-rays and said this was treatable, with no surgery. Staff is very professional but personable. If something didn't work, they tried something else. 4 years ago on July 7th, I had a full knee replacement scheduled. I discovered Advanced Spine Joint & Wellness Center from a newspaper ad in May of that same year and decided to check it out. Was I glad I did! By the end of June, I was confident enough in the staff and treatment that I was receiving that I cancelled the full knee replacement and have been working with Advanced Spine Joint & Wellness Center ever since. I live 40 miles from Medina but cannot find anything nearer to me that offers the same specialized and personal treatment! The staff is AWESOME and believe in what they do!!! So impressive ! I have never had this much attention and time spent with me at any doctor appt I have ever been to . I made an appt because I was having neck pain caused by arthritis and a pinched nerve. The doctor I went to at a local hospital just gave me script for pain medicine and sent me to physical therapy , PT sent me home with some elastic bands to work with. Of course this did nothing . I can now say after going this clinic for about 6 weeks I have no pain in the area or In several other areas that were giving me trouble. When I first walked into Advanced Spine for the initial consultation, I was skeptical and prepared to not come back. I was in a temendous amount of back and leg pain, nothing had helped, and I figured this would be just another waste of my time. I couldn't have been more wrong. I can't speak highly enough about them! I am almost pain-free after undergoing three back surgeries and still in a lot of pain after them. I have degenerative disc disease and I couldn't even walk through the grocery store without being in excruciating pain. The neurologist did not want to do any further surgeries because of other medical conditions so I decided to try them. In about five weeks time I am almost pain-free. When first going here, I could barely walk or sit I was in such pain. Within a week of the therapy and all that they provide, I was moving around freely and able to bend over, walk upright, and sit up straight. The doctors and therapists are always concerned about my progress. I will never be totally pain free, but they show me what movements I need to do when experiencing pain in particular areas. I was told by ER staff I have advanced arthritis, bone on bone and need a left knee replacement. I found the Center on Facebook and received a different diagnosis of bone spurs on a couple of discs in my lower back, both knees bone on bone but a non invasive non steroidal treatment plan including braces, chiro, laser, Hyaluronic acid shots and massage therapy. I love the staff there. They have done amazing work with not only my physical therapy, but chiropractically too. I had a very hard time sitting on the floor or a hard chair for more than 20 minutes, and not I can sit on a hard chair or the floor for over and hour.
