Dr. Tim Weeks came highly recommended by several friends of mine this past year. I have a few mystery symptoms, and he is known for figuring out strange conditions. Not only is he a chiropractor, Dr. Tim is also trained in nutrition and naturopathic medicine. I started seeing him six weeks ago, and know that I'm in good hands. My 8 year old suffered from Lymes Disease. He was so ill he was in a wheel chair for almost a year. He had been misdiagnosed by traditional medicine for Juvenile Arthritis and given a treatment that began shutting down his kidneys and liver. Once we found Whole Body Health now DBA Medina Wellness Center and got him on the correct treatment he began an immediate improvement. He was not being seen by Dr. Tim Weeks but another chiropractor in the practice who worked for WBH as an employee. We began his treatment in April of 2019. On May 7th, 2019 I received a call call stating they were closing immediately and if we were on a payment plan to send Dr. Tim an email and he would be refunding our money. At that point they HAD NOT CASHED THE CHECK. We attempted to put a stop payment on the check and were not too worried. They somehow cashed the check after they officially closed and changed their name!!!!!! I called and sent emails. I was told he was out of the country and he would get back to me. We later discovered he reopened under another name. We payed $4,538 we are due a $2,553.00 refund. After a year of trying to get this refund and him ignoring us, my mother went to talk to him. He said it was not his problem as he was seeing a different chiropractor and he was no longer at the business. She said we didn't pay him we paid WBH - as he was an employee of business not an independent contractor. He said he would get back to her. In September of 2020 after still NO refund she went in again and asked to see him or schedule an appointment. They did not offer her an appointment. She told the girls at the desk she would just wait to see him until he was done with his clients. Two hours later the girls started shutting off all the lights - she asked where he was and then saw him pulling out of the parking lot! HE ducked out the backdoor and told the girls to tell her to take him to small claims court he isn't going to deal with her. He did this to a child, he took our money for what I am assuming his out of the country vacation. In the mean time we had to find alternative treatment and he suffered a set back. Who does this to a child? This is not right. Do NOT deal with Dr. Tim Weeks as it is apparent he has NO sympathy for what happened and has no intentions of refunding our money. read more

I went in for the health food store, the chiropractors may be great, but the service in the health food store leaves something to be desired. Not very friendly not very helpful. Yes they did answer my questions and they do have some great products. But who would not have electrolyte mix at a combination health food store and chiropractic office? As a massage therapist for 25 years I find most people are lacking in electrolytes and that's often what they need for leg cramps. But the woman was more concerned with helping the person she knew, than helping me, the new customer. Sorry folks I can't give you a good rating on this one. I had been new (and must admit, leery) of this alternative to medicine but after a simple spine adjustment and a whole food supplement helped to improve my health and completely heal a thyroid issue, all inhibitions were thrown out the window! I have frequented the beautiful and tranquil office for over 2 years now and have never felt better in my life! I have had a great experience at Whole Body Health and really appreciate having Drs. Tim and Amanda Weeks as my chiropractors. They are both excellent and really take their time with patients to help you correct the problems you're having. I really love that they build nutrition and lifestyle advice into their services. The office staff and front desk are really friendly and responsive whenever you have a question. To top it all off, the people at the front desk were extremely helpful to me when I had questions about some of their nutritional products and went out of their way to help me. I thought going in to this place it would be a great opportunity to finally fix my back issues. After sitting through an unnecessary video, I was then greeted by the office manager. Who by the way is the pushy person who demands you get on the scheduled and figure out how to pay everything up front. After several times of me saying i will get back with you when I can schedule I somehow get booked all the way to June. I went through one day of treatment and decided to look over my treatment plan and noticed the numbers seemed very high. I then contacted my insurance to find out I was being charged for my deductible twice and two copays which were not on my insurance. I also was told I needed an exit interview to be taken off the schedule; which was also untrue. I felt like I was being sold a time share at the end of everything.
