They work with busy schedules to send out techs quickly to come and diagnose the problem. They offer great advice on what's going on with the air conditioners. When you run them as much as mine do, they need regular service. Fortunately, these guys know just what they're doing. They also offer new units, installation, and all the fixin's that go with working on an air conditioner.

Despite claims on his website, he never filed the required permit for the plumbing work and used unlicensed plumbers on my home. When I asked for subcontractor names, license numbers, or proof of insurance, he delayed providing any documentation. I finally got the COI. FUNNY the policy start date was the date after I asked for it. I paid a $12,500 deposit. Work done: Demolition/prep, unpermitted/unlicensed plumbing (which I had to fix), unfinished cabinets, and cans of paint (nothing painted). Certainly not $12500 worth of work. Deadlines were pushed from the promised 2 weeks to a month, bait and switch. The lack of permits, the use of unlicensed trades, the refusal to disclose subcontractor or insurance details, and his increased hostility forced me to terminate him. I tried arbitration via BBB and he has refused to respond. He took off with my large deposit and left me with a torn‑apart kitchen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor. I should have paid more attention to the red flags. After asking for a general quote via BBB, he unexpectedly showed up at my house, UNINVITED. Predatory behavior, Red Flag 1. Conversation got too personal, not professional on his part, Red Flag 2. Spoke poorly of and to his wife, Red Flag 3.

He recommended replacing the compressor and coil since he said they were under warranty and we would have to pay for labor. When I told him we didn't buy the unit from his company, he said that now everything was different. He did charge the unit with refrigerant but I never heard feom him again. Days later, a tech from a Corpus company found the problem almost immediately. The Schraeder valve (same as the valve in tires) was defective. Replaced the $1 part and we're good to go.

It was like walking through a winter wonderland with all the white fluffiness. However, not great for making snow angels. LOL! Frank was the ONLY ONE who quickly reached out to me with an estimate after contacting three others. The others NEVER returned anything! Frank was busy since I did see his appointment book. It was a week later when two of his experienced employees arrived with a huge utility trailer. They were friendly, clean, and organized as well. The price of insulation has shot up. However, once it is done it is done. It will pay for itself in a short amount of time. Our house now feels like it is at a constant temperature throughout. I can't wait to see what any cold weather will be like. The attic is quieter as well. We only had 4-6" previously. Now, we are up to CODE REQUIREMENTS as Frank emphasis.
