Quote received very quickly and we were able to get on the schedule fairly quickly. Price point felt fair for the work. All hard pins found but one that had likely been damaged or removed from old farming on the land. The survey map and pins helped to find the missing corner. Flags posted to identify the lines and highlight the new found corner. Turns out one neighbor had given us more ground than what was actually ours. They located all the corners, staked out the property where I wanted it staked, and I have received the PDF of the plat in my email today, Monday 6/27. The plat has all the relevant information on it, plus plenty that went above and beyond. And their price was more reasonable than several other's I contacted. The crew also had paid attention to the notes I had given over the phone...and they get bonus points for not stepping on my flower!

They seem to be completely allergic to deadlines. Multiple times we were promised submissions by "the end of the day" or "the end of the week," only to find out--after we had to follow up--that nothing had been submitted. Communication is virtually non-existent; emails and voicemails consistently go unanswered. At one crucial point, we discovered our project was stalled simply because our contact, Roland, went on vacation for a week without bothering to notify us. When it came time to survey the land to begin construction, they ghosted us entirely. Unwilling to deal with further delays, we were forced to hire a completely different engineering firm just to get construction started. Now that we are at the tail end of our project, history is repeating itself: they are once again impossible to reach and are currently holding up our grading permit. They were the cheapest option when we fielded quotes, and we certainly learned our lesson. You get what you pay for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We paid this company $1500 to conduct a survey our property in preparation for the installation of…read morea fence. After no response for 4 weeks we requested a refund of the $1500. We were told survey work had been done in the office and we would not receive the $1500 in total. Also, they were ready to come and stake off our property boundaries and it could be done within 48 hours. When the fence company came out to provide an estimate they advised we would need a copy of the survey bearing the seal required by the county. Wilkerson & Associaetes related a copy of the survey with a seal would be an additional charge and that this had not been included with the survey. BALTIMORE COUNTY WHERE THIS COMPANY OPERATES SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS.
