The neighbors seemed to have good ideas where the real boundaries were, but I wanted to be sure before I started making improvements to the property. Quote received very quickly and we were able to get on the schedule fairly quickly. Price point felt fair for the work. All hard pins found but one that had likely been damaged or removed from old farming on the land. The survey map and pins helped to find the missing corner. Flags posted to identify the lines and highlight the new found corner. Turns out one neighbor had given us more ground than what was actually ours. Feel very confident now where the barn and other improvements can go.

They located all the corners, staked out the property where I wanted it staked, and I have received the PDF of the plat in my email today, Monday 6/27. The plat has all the relevant information on it, plus plenty that went above and beyond. And their price was more reasonable than several other's I contacted. They seem to be completely allergic to deadlines. Multiple times we were promised submissions by "the end of the day" or "the end of the week," only to find out--after we had to follow up--that nothing had been submitted. Communication is virtually non-existent; emails and voicemails consistently go unanswered. At one crucial point, we discovered our project was stalled simply because our contact, Roland, went on vacation for a week without bothering to notify us. When it came time to survey the land to begin construction, they ghosted us entirely. Unwilling to deal with further delays, we were forced to hire a completely different engineering firm just to get construction started. Now that we are at the tail end of our project, history is repeating itself: they are once again impossible to reach and are currently holding up our grading permit. They were the cheapest option when we fielded quotes, and we certainly learned our lesson. You get what you pay for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company has been an absolute disaster to deal with…read more I paid for a survey to be done on a small 13,000 sqft piece of land that I was purchasing in December, 2025. The land was supposed to be surveyed before closing, but Wilkerson and Associates kept pushing the date back with the only communication of me reaching out and checking to see if it was done or even started. The only time they ever reached out was the first time they had to reschedule due to rain. I had to reach out every week for 4 weeks to get it an update. Even after all of that they never actually staked out the whole property. It's like they didn't even read the deed that outlined the property itself or listen to what I had to say. I was dumb, and paid them before the work was completed, without an actual contract ever being written/signed. After a month of them doing half the work and taking a month to do the scheduled work, Judy M. Mutter-Smack had the audacity to send me a bill asking for an extra $800. I've tried calling numerous times to discuss why the work hasn't been finished and why they are trying to charge me extra, but Roland just so happens to be out of the office or on vacation every time I call.
