We originally had Tropics Pool and Spa as our service company and they were great. At first everything was ok but when then put a new guy on our pool, it's been all downhill. Our chlorine floater is consistently empty, there is always dirt on the bottom of the pool and spa, and when we call to have extra service to correct the issues, only about 50% of the time was anything taken care of. We called 1-2 times a week to alert Pool Daddy of the subpar service to little avail. Only after we called to terminate service did we receive a call saying we would have a new pool guy taking care of us. We stuck with our decision to end our relationship with Pool Daddy. It shouldn't take us wanting to end service for a company to recognize that there is an issue.

From the time the pool guy would show up to the time his truck was gone was sometimes as little as three minutes, no joke. He would come dump chemicals in and leave. Brian Rios, the Pool Rehab Technician, called before his arrival, arrived on time, was professional, friendly, courteous & explained his procedure and systematically worked to remove ALL the chemical buildup on our pool tiles and the natural granite. Brian was very conscientious & courteous in making sure we were pleased with the results before moving on to (blow) clean the Tru Abrasive off of the coping and surrounding deck and pergola area and vacuuming the pool, before sealing the tiles. Brian gave us instructions on when to begin filling the pool, so as not to do it before the sealer, properly dried. I contacted Zondo's pool service to get 3 things installed. A new pump, a new cartridge filter…read moresystem, and a new salt-water chlorine generator. I ordered these parts myself. Eddie was able to take a look at things and understand how to install everything. The parts weren't drop in replacements and were completely different. He re-plumbed everything. A day later, I noticed a small problem with the plumbing and discussed it with Eddie. He came back out and fixed it promptly (a glue issue with the plumbing). Everything is working great now with no problems. I highly recommend Eddie as he is easy to work with and he knows what he is doing.
