Hieu and his team are AMAZING!!! Like many of you, I have gone through countless pool service guys and each one of them either do a so-so job or they just straight out SUCK. Hieu completely surprised me the first day he cleaned my pool. He is extremely knowledgeable about the balance and chemistry of pool water (sounded like a chem professor) and he was confident that he will get my pool to finally sparkle. And he did exactly that. For the past 8 years I've heard all those Bull Sh*%# responses from my previous pool guys when I ask them why my pool water and pool flooring never looks clean even minutes after they service the pool. Pure laziness is the true answer. Hieu and his team would brush and clean the sides of the pool and spa very throughly. They do thorough skimming, cleaning and vacuuming. I no longer see green/algae at the corners. I no longer see that layer of debris on the surface. The steps look great! Every corner of my pool and spa looks clean! The water sparkles! Serviced my pool for a while, not bad but not great. We learned about how to set the pool a bit when we got the home. He had no clue though, but followed our instructions, so we kept his service. Price was okay for that. But than hey damaged my downspouts on the side of my home, created conditions on the side of my home that my mother who's 84 almost had an accident. We advised them about it but they were doing the same things. Than he decided to pass me on to a friend of his for service without consulting me. After he quit he demanded to pay him $140 for service he never performed. For the last six months I'm constantly bombarded with threats to pay or they will put me on collection. I only asked for proof of service for the charges. He's not providing it. Very disappointed as he seemed to be a nice guy but it turned out no knowledge about pools + they shake you down for services not performed and put you in collection if you don't pay Pictures shows the pool after a service p.s This is unbelievable After I posted this review Mr. Hieu called me and threatened me, called me names Now me and my family is considering to get a restraining order against him as my wife is really scared. Shame on you!!! This is his reply via Text: "I give you one last chance to pay and to take down yelp review or I will post this everywhere: Is almost always drunk and or drinking, almost every time we would service, he would come out trying to make conversations, twice he would brag about having very young Asian girls over while his wife is away, once he even showed me pictures of what looks like under age Asian girls. We had to quit because he is just to much and he never pays on time and yes he still owes us 140.00 It is a fact and yes I have witnesses " I guess if you don't pay up he assassinate your character. Hieu pool service is amazing! He helped to change water (drain water, perform the chlorine, acid, power wash the pool, clean filter, and balance water) for my pool. Not like the other pool services, Hieu services has no hidden fees, comes out straight forward. I asked for the quote, he texted me the quote with a very well description of what he will do. The price is fair and reasonable for his job. He performed well and did do all he committed in the description. I'm happy with the results and the duration of the job. Just like a good mechanic, you want someone who is honest and does a thorough job. Hieu serviced my pool a few times but he is my go to guy. He is very knowledgeable and it shows when he talks to you. He teaches you how to take care of your pool (from chemicals to water flow) and he really takes his time to clean your pool. He prices are really fair as well. He is true pool specialist and does it all. He knew about my pump, even drain my pool water added a thin layer of acid wash. Hieu is very professional. I used to have problems with past pool cleaners. They would skip a week, then two, then three, then my spa would turn green. That has not been an issue with Hieu. He is extremely consistent and reliable. He's been with me for over a year+ now and he is still just as consistent as the first time we started. I needed service on my pool so I call my regular pool guy, but he was on another job so he refers Hieu's Pool Service. I told my regular pool guy that I rather wait until he can come and service my pool. He convinces me to give Hieu's Pool Service a shot and I'm glad I did.
