I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. Nick is EXCELLENT and definitely knows what he is doing! This is our second time working with Nick. We called him recently because our spa had a slow leak and the waterfall feature was not working. He opened the panels and identified the two spots where the leak was coming from (one was merely tightening a bolt and the other leak was an easy fix). We had an unusual request for Nick and that was fixing someone else's shoddy work. The last person had taken the pump and important wiring from the circuit board and damaged the pipes while extracting pump. Nick was brilliant. From a few photos he was able to tell me what pump to buy. When it arrived he came and fitted it. He had to do some research and determine what jumpers were needed for the board to power the primary and secondary pumps at the correct voltage. He had such an organized way of doing this that we did not need to worry about frying the board or the pumps. He did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he would do it.
