It was a very slow leak in the tread instead of just saying hey all you need is a plug. They patched it and charged me $40. Yeah I use the wrong terminology, but I'm also not a fucking tire guy. Any honest business would've suggested a plug instead. I even asked the guy why are you patching the tread and he said that the manager told him patches are better. Mind you this was a company vehicle so why the fuck would I pay for a patch when I could've just paid $15 for a plug? Pieces of garbage.

Instead he tried to high pressure me into a new battery (that a AAA contractor had installed just over a year ago), then tried to scare me with mis- information about what it would do to my alternator if I didn't buy a battery now. I had just told him I was going to call for a tow and have it taken to a shop for evaluation. Common sense told me he was lying... and he patronized me. He lied to me, tried to cheat me and scare me. I have reported this company to AAA, but frankly, almost every battery/tire contractor for AAA is the same.
