We were on our way from Alabama to Quebec, towing our boat for a fishing vacation. Boom, our driveshaft broke, and we were stranded. Triple A was not responding, and I found Justin on the internet. He and his wife could not have been more helpful. Towed our truck AND the boat to local specialist in drive shafts and where our boat would be secured. Took us to a hotel so that we were not floundering around on our own. Picked us up after the truck was repaired so that we didn't need to call some stranger to take us back to the repair shop. And to top all this off, they were at a steak house for lunch when I called, and they changed their meal to "To Go" and did all this instead of finishing their hot steak dinners. My car overheated and I pulled my van over into the parking lot at McDonald's. I called my road assistance service and Justin with the Alloutrecovery LLC Towing service was my tow driver. He called me and got the towing situation under control. I told him the other towing services let me down he said I won't let you down. This is a fast towing service. Justin Powell the driver mentioned that it would take him about 20 minutes he was here to tow me before 20 minutes. He's truthful in what he says. Having rented a U-Haul trailer with a non-functioning tail light (with 2 local U-Haul dealers not having the capacity to make the repair), I called U-Haul's Road Service for assistance. Within the hour, late on a Friday afternoon, "All Out Auto" arrived at our location. with wife and 2 lovely little girls, securely strapped in their safety seats, in the truck. Literally, Owner Justin P. went "all out" to repair the problem, which was determined to be a broken wire at the 4-prong plug. Highly recommend!!! My family and I were hauling a trailer cross country when one of our tire's tread completely wore off.
