The estimate instead referenced "rear suspension" at around $700, even though I had replaced the full suspension (front and rear) only two years ago. Again, they stated the prior work did not cover this component. These inconsistencies have seriously damaged my trust. When I returned to pick up the car, an employee handed me a broken key (the electronic component had detached). Staff then made rude comments, suggesting I find another service center and telling me they no longer wanted me as a customer. A manager joined the conversation and the interaction became confrontational. The main issues appear to be vague terminology, poor communication about what parts are included in repairs, and unprofessional handling of customer concerns. As someone who is not a car expert, I felt misled and no longer confident in the services I had paid for over time. This experience has cost them a long-time loyal customer. From the moment we arrived, the unprofessionalism was staggering. The mechanic made snarky, derogatory comments about my husband to another customer right in front of him, and then deliberately ignored my husband's presence until he was forced to step forward. Even then, the mechanic refused to greet him and simply snatched the keys. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the mechanic became aggressive, falsely claiming our car's windows were illegally modified and tinted. Despite my husband remaining completely calm, polite, and explaining that the windows were factory-standard, the mechanic used it as an excuse to double down on his hostility. It was entirely clear that this was not just a case of poor customer service, but targeted bias. No paying customer should ever be subjected to this level of disrespect and malice. If you "look different", I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere to avoid being humiliated by this staff's ignorance.
