Zumalt's owner came out for a quote afterwards, and was slightly cheaper, but showed us that we had many other trees in trouble. He explained to us that since we had to rent a crane anyways, we could get double the trees down for not that much more money. I couldn't pass that deal up. The crew showed up on time on the day promised, and wow.... you can really tell these guys are professionals. They wasted no time and immediately got to work downing and disposing of these trees. They are hard workers who don't mess around! They got all 18 trees down in one day, and only had to come back to grab a few logs and grind some stumps. All in all a great experience, and I will be using them next year to take down another 18 or so trees by our pool. I would recommend them to anyone!

Instead, they cut two of them so short, the provide no privacy and left the third one 10 feet taller requiring another company to treat. Then they decided since they were pruning, they would also send a chemical specialist/"arborist" to my property without my permission. Came home one day to find a stranger had let himself into my back yard without warning and no concern for my pups who have access to that yard. After a few visits, I have given up and fired them. Grass never came out in the fall. They promised they will reseed the area in the spring again. After they reseeded the area for the 2nd time no grass come out. I request some compensation for the uncompleted job and they blamed anything else but not themselves. They drop off our loan cut suddenly without letting us know. after countless call and text finally they said they don't want to work with us anymore. This was very unprofessional behavior to leave us with overgrown grass without notice middle of the season. we learned our lesson to not pay until work done.
