Al and Jessica were able to set up equipment, remove the tree, and clean up in a little over 2 hours. The yard was nice and clean after, with much of the old tree mulched (thankfully nothing for us to sort), and leaving a nice, low stump. We hope to replant someday, and they were willing to make planting suggestions, both trees that would and wouldn't work so well, with the proximity to our house. Though they were quick in their work, we liked that they were respectful of the tree from the start, seeing if it was salvageable before removing it (alas no, but thanks anyway). For their clean work, and removal quicker than we thought it would take for such a large old tree, we'd work with them again.

We had to call them for every treatment to make sure they came out. The contracted time frames are not followed. We had a treatment that was skipped, so they doubled up with the next treatment. As it is now fall and getting colder every day, we had to cancel our last two treatments, as they would be ineffective. When speaking with customer service supervisor, I mentioned to a supervisor how frustrated we were with how unreliable their service had been. He tried telling me that this was abnormal. I then informed him that two other family members had the same experience, and this is clearly a known issue. He then admitted that the company is aware that their service is unreliable and that it's easier for them to have customers cancel their treatments than complete the work they are contractually obligated to perform. Be sure that we will not be using TruGreen again. If you are currently using them, and want to cancel, make sure you tell them that you do not want your service auto-renewed!

New customer here and I'm not really sure where to start. I typically am at work when they arrive…read moreand have not been able to observe an application, but I have cameras throughout my yard, and they have not triggered a single camera, but I still was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Today I was lucky enough to be present for the application and my fears of poor service were confirmed. The service technician is holding the sprayer only a foot off the ground so it is not spreading across the lawn at all. Furthermore, the entire backyard was completed in less than 2 minutes with only 5 passes, so an entire portion of the lawn was missed. The entire side of my house was skipped but luckily, I was able to confront the tech before he drove away, asking why he skipped the entire side of my house. Even after correcting his mistake, the side was done in a matter of seconds, and he was more frustrated than apologetic. I've left a poor review after the last application and an increase in weeds ,and the technician came back a few days later with a hand pump container and spreader which did absolutely nothing. I really do hope things turn around and plan on calling the office to get another technician as I have heard good things in other TruGreen locations, but at the end of the day, it comes down to your technician being thorough and as of today and several applications later, I have no positive results.

Worked with me on different options. Settled on some stone and metal edging. Added some seeding and additional edging around some trees. The crew showed up and did an amazing job. Due to some roots they were unable to add the metal edging around the trees. Got some different options and went with some stone work which was done so beautifully. The crew also noticed the new deck that was built for the pool was built very poorly and suggested I contact the construction company. I did on their suggestion and the construction company admitted to their poor build and decided to rip it down and rebuild with new material and a new crew. Lawn and Order saved me a huge problem with their suggestions. I already have a few more projects in mind and I will be using Lawn and Order. These guys are AMAZING.

They charged us more than the agreed upon price. Tore up a good portion of the back and front yard, planted grass seed in August and said they would be back in the Fall to replant. Despite numerous attempts to get them to finish the job it did not happen. In spring of 2019 they were contacted by my attorney, and they assured the attorney they would finish the job in the spring. Never happened. The work was not completed. I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau, and Griffin never responded to them. Consequently they have a strike against their business for 3 years with Better Business Bureau.
