(Bibimbap) and some true Italian (Gnocchi and homemade Pasta) with the rest being slight variants of both. We had the Burrata salad with greens and roasted and fresh tomatoes (nicely skinned) with Pesto, Pune Nuts and a balsamic dressing. It was beautiful but needed more salt and acid to tame down the Burrata. Still a nice salad. We split the Patate Fritte which was fried potatoes and gnocchi with a really flavorful Chipotle Mayo. The whole dish didn't work. The gnocchi were over fried and too small to eat with the much larger potatoes which were also underdone. The Tuna Poke Bowl was very nice (and a good deal) with all of the usual components. The Salmon was cooked perfectly (crispy on the outside slightly translucent inside ) and came with a wasabi cream, lots of roasted veggies (potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans) and somewhat random things like cornichons, caper berries, and beets. The whole thing worked but would have been better with some editing. I personally wanted more wasabi in the cream and wished that it didn't get watered down by all the veggies. They have a nice cocktail list and a decent list of wines by the glass, several local all fairly priced. The place is modern looking with windows overlooking downtown streets in two sides. The place is very modern with lots of metal and concrete and consequently lots of energy and lots of noise. I see this as a great space for a bunch of friends, less so for a romantic dinner. Overall I liked this place. It could be better and I would return. I love what they are aiming for.

The Patatas Bravas were good - basically a large bowl of roasted fingerling potatoes - they are best when mixed as the tomato sauce at bottom of dish. We tried the daily bread expecting delicious homemade crusty bread - it was corn bread and was ok tasting but lame for the price. None of the food we tried was bad but it wasn't excellent either - we'll be back to try some other menu items. The winner here is dessert and something I would recommend you go here for = the S'mores. They are great. Cook the homemade marshmallows at your table, yes I just said homemade marshmallows - this was the best marshmallow we have ever eaten. Kids love it, adults love it. Go here, you'll love it. Some of the beers are water themed, but overall the list is pretty eclectic. The kitchen serves some pub food such as burgers and appies. Not a bad place to check out.
