Cary, Dale and Ashley are caring ,competent, and extremely knowledgeable with their patient care. After you check in and have your blood glucose checked you will change into a hospital type gown in a small changing room with a locker for your clothes and personal items. Once done with that you will enter your oxygen chamber and start your therapy.  During your therapy time, you may choose to watch a show on television or just lay back, go to sleep or meditate while you enjoy some quiet time. Staff will provide you with a small bottle of water while you are in the chamber. I had about 30 sessions  to complete for my therapy. I went for a series of sessions following lumbar fusion surgery because a significant body of research shows pre-operative HBOT therapy can very significantly reduce post-operative complications (Hyperbaric Oxygen Preconditioning Can Reduce Postabdominoplasty Complications: A Retrospective Cohort Study (Friedman, T., et al., 2019), especially those horrible bone infections that aren't noticed for weeks to months after surgery, and to speed up healing (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in Orthopaedics: An Adjunct Therapy with an Emerging Role (Jeyaraman, M., et al., 2023). I was very impressed with Dan and Cherise for their professionalism and 100% attention to the entire process. Their attention to detail and professionalism meant even more to me considering HBOT therapy means being kept in a small container where, if you're claustrophobic, it can be stressful. To help with this, Dan always had a ready supply of television shows to watch during the process and in fact, he and I spent many a session watching TV together taking turns sharing movies we liked! Did I mention Dan's impeccable credentials for running a HBOT practice, for attention to detail is vital when it comes to managing high pressure oxygen systems? Doctor Anderson truly changed my life on a grand scale of life, shaped me to be better at being a diabetic and he made me carr more about myself. When he talks you want to listen to every little word, he inspires you, he puts strength in your wounds/soul and makes you better. I came here damaged but not anymore. I came in for a debridement in my heel but it later turned into skin wounds on my legs. Which at the time I thought was a simple thing, that would fix itself and even my homecare nurse at the time said it wasn't serious but Dr. Anderson noticed it was actually serious. He fixed up fast over a couple of months (in a long detailed process), he gave me some inspirational words each week we met, told me to the importance of having my sugar blood sugar low and; under control, reminded me to keep off my leg and he treated my wounds. He also went beyond that with getting a much better home nurse, the right supplies, a wound vac and now I'm doing skin grafts. Seriously I feel like royalty but this is just normal care I'm sure. I feel like a project but like a awesome new tech (million dollar man) project. I can't tell you guys how much faith I lost before coming to him, weeks of crying, being depress and not thinking I'd ever get better but now I look forward to just living again. I spender months in a hospital bed but now I look forward to defeating diabetes and I look forward to my fresh new legs.  I have been battling through so many doctors, surgeons and a different wound center/team that was horrible "tri-city wound center" (seriously they were ready to cut off my leg,throw me away and they didn't know how to treat me. Save yourself and don't even go to them).  Side note: If you training to go into this career. This man is who you NEED to follow and learn from. He is a amazing leader, a great medical mind, his eye for the details is so FOCUSED, he is like a hawk or sniper, it's the fact he cares about every little thing and; the fact he does it so fast/well is just unreal and he is just a overall great individual. I could go on and on about why Dr. Anderson is so GREAT!!  It's rare to come across a doctor that's really cares you the patient. He treats you like family. He wants to see you truly be better and be healed. I don't cry anymore, I don't feel sad anymore and I have true hope now. I love this doctor and everyone there. I don't know if there's doctor's there but I recommend asking for him only. You'd be foolish to go somewhere else.

Followed it up with red light therapy which was super relaxing and left my skin glowing. Finished with a hyperbaric oxygen session that made me feel clear headed and recovered. I woke up early today with terrible chest pains and I was short of breath, so I have spent the last…read more6 hours in the Rancho Springs Emergency Room. I was having a lot more symptoms like being dizzy, blurred vision, slurring my speech and a few other things. In triage my BP was very high in the 190s and over another high number I believe in the 130s. My heart rate was extremely high too, so the triage nurse who was just the sweetest lady called out a stroke emergency. 2 amazing doctors and at least 5 nurses surrounded me on the gurney like a Nascar pit crew. They immediately put in an IV, injected me medication and took my blood several times; as well as an EKG. I was given 3 different MRI's and chest X-rays almost as soon as I came in. Everyone was so kind in MRI room. The lady who operated the MRI machine even prayed with me twice. I'd like to add that we had first gone to Inland Valley Hospital and they were horrible to us this morning. I told them I was have chest pains and stroke like symptoms. They did not even pull me up for triage hearing that and I had to wait at least 5 minutes. They did not call a stroke code and just pushed me back into some weird ER patient only waiting room for a little over an hour. There were at minimum 20 patients in weird little room complaining they'd been waiting over 3 hours after also being triage and saying there were only 2-3 nurses on duty. That's when I decided speak up and be my own advocate. I just got up and exited; telling the triage nurse on my way out that I was going to another hospital. Thank God that I did! Last thing I have to add is that my doctors are extremely competent and seen well educated on cardiac and stroke events, but they have the best bedside manner! They were so great at Rancho Springs that 1 of my doctors walked my husband over to get a coffee! Now that's great service!

My 83 husband fell. I thought he probably broke a bone in his arm so we went to the ER. Check in…read morewasn't bad but it was twice as long as their website said, so about 20 minutes. Once we got checked in we were in a packed waiting room with children throwing up in bags. About 30 minutes later they called him back to the triage room and did an EKG. Then they took him for Xrays & C-scan. Then back to the waiting room and called him back for blood work and admin registration. . Then back to the waiting room. Over 2 hours and no one told us anything. I went to ask the status and the check in desk said he needed to do a urine sample. So he did and back the waiting room. Almost 5 hours total and I ask if they had any results. She said well nothings broke but the doctor likes to talk to the patient after all the labs and test results are in. I ask if we could just go home and somebody can call us. That was yesterday afternoon about 4:00pm today at 3pm still waiting. I just called the ER and they said sometimes urine test take a couple days. I ask so would we still be sitting in the waiting room waiting for the doctor to tell us something. I am so ticked about how they treated my 83 year old husband and how they handle sick people who are mixed in the injured patients. It's no wonder the flu and Covid are so bad. This is unbelievable and needs attention. After 5 hours we decided to go home but they did absolutely nothing to help my husband's pain no meds, no wrap or sling. They said I could do that myself if he thinks it'll help.
