Tried Recovery Lab in La Verne and it was excellent. Started with whole body cryotherapy. The cold hit hard but left me feeling energized and less inflamed right away. Followed it up with red light therapy which was super relaxing and left my skin glowing. Finished with a hyperbaric oxygen session that made me feel clear headed and recovered.
