I've used their landscape and yard care services for several years and have always had a good experience. The office staff to the folks taking care of my landscape needs are quickly responsive. I had my complete landscape, shrubs and trees, replaced after the winter freeze and Cory and staff did a great job with the Ixora and Hybiscus replacement. And the yard maintenance continue doing a great job with the mowing and trimming. I especially liked the way the gutter downspouts were integrated into the grass with theunslightly water lines removed. Good job guys. read more

December 2024 - 6 month update We have now had the new ProVista St. Augustine lawn for 6 month so I wanted to provide an update. As a part of the contractors work AdvanceScape to assess and modify the existing sprinkler system. Two additional irrigation zones were installed. As a result I am downgrading my 5 star rating to 2 stars based on the lawn condition presently and the amount of work I am now faced with doing to get it back to an acceptable standard. They did a good job with the landscaping aspect however they fell short on the irrigation part. The modifications made resulted in one rather large area receiving overlapping spray from different zones and has caused fungus at the grass root level. At the same time there are a couple of smaller areas that are not adequately covered and results in stressed grass. I cannot make adjustments to the run times because of the way the zones are laid out. As I have recently learned what should have been done was a better assessment of the spray patterns and the rotor nozzles swapped out to ensure a matched precipitation rate across all sprinklers for specific areas. Instead, all of the rotors were installed with the default 3 GPM nozzles regardless of the spray arch they were set at. While the AdvanceScape team did a great job in the other areas they we contracted to perform I can no longer recommend them to install irrigation systems. They simply did not do their due diligence when designing spray pattern coverage and they do not follow up to see how the work is holding up. read more

I decided to redo my front lawn and garden. It was a overgrown mess. The owner (Cory) came out to do the measurements and get an idea of what I wanted. I am so happy with the result. It looks so much better and gave my home great curb appeal. It only took Christopher and crew 11/2 days to do everything. He kept me informed the whole time of every step in the process. Hands down one of the best crews we've ever worked with! My husband and I contracted AdvanceScape for a complete landscaping overhaul. We replaced every plant with the exception of the two palm trees and replace the mulch with rocks. We asked for low maintenance, modern, clean, yet tropical and what we got in return blew our minds! The crew was fast, efficient, and the attention to detail was unlike anything I've ever seen before. The communication was superb and they crew cleaned up every single night. Weather caused us a little bit of a delay but as soon as they were able to, they were back out and on the job. I can't say enough good things about this company and recommend them hands down. As with every project, there's always something... we certainly had our fair share of 'issues' but a solution was immediately presented and taken care of so fast I didn't even have time to get annoyed - that's the type of service I like. We paid more than a few pretty pennies for the job but it was worth it. If I had to, I'd do it all over again with these guys. Hire them NOW! Cory and his crew are awesome! Everyone from the ladies in the office to the guys who come out each week are always friendly and make you feel like their only client. I have had AdvanceScape take care of my lawn maintenance for almost 3 years and have never once been dissatisfied with how it looks. Their attention to detail is the best I've seen - If there is one weed growing in your landscaping they make sure to grab it. We are about to build a pool soon and asked Cory for a quote on capping off the irrigation in the back and removing 2 very large palms. When he came out he walked through numbers and because he has been in the business for awhile, shared the cost I would have by replacing all the sod in the back if I just capped (I'm sitting on almost one acre) compared to the upfront reroute cost. I love that he is always transparent and doesn't pressure you into one thing or the other...We decided to re-route my irrigation instead and so thankful I did as my yard continues to stay green and will only have a small area of sod to replace at the end. Chris (who did the irrigation) made sure to walk me through the process and adjusted midway when I thought it would be cutting it close to pool area (my fault - not theirs), and without hesitation got right to it. I can't wait to have them come back out after the pool is finished to create a landscaping design and complete our backyard oasis. We decided to remove some landscaping and trees and replace with some palms and bottlebrush plants near and around our pool area to give us more privacy. Cory and his company came in with detailed suggestions and a speedy quote. His crew came early, worked hard and did an amazing job! They made suggestions and completed the work in just a few hours.
