I came to Sobador for physical therapy about extreme tension that is causing pain in my entire upper body -currently it hurts to simply take in a deep breath. I went to my doctor about this and they recommended me to see a physical therapist. The one they referred me to had very bad reviews, so I did some research and that's how I found Sobador. Manuel did a great job confirming that this pain is coming from tension in my muscles and we now have a strategy in place now to fix this. I'm extremely relieved to find a solution for this issue, I've been physically miserable for weeks. Thank you so much! They recently opened a new location in Grand Prairie, which is very nice, however it seems all their updated location information hasn't been updated yet on the internet. He setup a progressive set of movements and customized a workout plan to resolve my issues and provided me short online videos that I could watch at home so that my therapy stayed consistent.
