When I arrived he tried to give me an old, used charger, not mine that was much newer. I suggested many ways to remedy this problem but Scott refused all of them and even implied it was my fault for leaving a charger with the cart. He then tried to replace it with a charger that is not compatible with my cart. Bottom line, he lost my charger and gave me no choice but to take his old one If I wanted to use my cart. Long story short, the guys at Computer Solutions had my computer for two full days and after doing a full diagnostic on it and determining that the 3TB solid state drive was having electrical surge issues and was not repairable, they carefully extracted all of my photos / documents / etc. from both the 3TB drive and the second 100+GB drive (I can't remember exactly how big it was). I was one happy camper! No lost data! New computer (crossed over to a new iMac this time), but no data loss. What a relief. I found the price they charged me to be very reasonable, they were very professional, and I would certainly go back there again. My sense was that they were as concerned as I about what it was going to cost me, and they were very up-front about everything they did/ planned to do and what the cost would be.
