He would not unload the vehicle into my driveway, I was specific that I will have it repaired or scrap it myself. Driver took off with my vehicle. Went town to their yard to get my car back and they claimed I had to sign the title over to them for the towing fee. I could not get the car back. This is FRAUD!!! Charged me $219 for 1.5 miles of towing and I could have scrapped it for $550. If the police ever call you a tow truck do not use this company.

When I cleaned it out the battery was dead so I couldn't get my Zach Williams CD out of the player, then I found out the insurance company needed the mileage. With limited hours during the weekend I didn't expect much but called to see what they could do. Mike answered the phone and said he'd see what he could do. His service was above and beyond my expectations! He managed to get power to the car to release the CD, get the mileage reading and let me know that we'd missed some things when we cleaned it out.
