We contacted them early in January of 2026 to inquire about the Renegade Verona LE 38 LDG that they had for sale. We made contact with Jeremy Smit and were very impressed from our first conversation. Because we were 600 miles away from the dealership we went ahead and made plans to have a certified RV inspector to inspect the RV for us. The dealership made it very easy for the inspector to come and do his inspection. We had many conversations with Jeremy about the motor home and he was always knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. There were a few things that we wanted fixed on the motor home and we felt that Holland Motor Homes went above our expectations. We finally made the trip to Michigan to pick up our motor home the end of March. They made the whole process very enjoyable and stress free. We were very impressed with several items they included that we were not expecting. An entire set of bedding which included pillows, sheets and a beautiful bed spread. We finally pulled the trigger on our new 2025 UMBL in May of this year. We had the dealership do several upgrades and they quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner we had after our first trip. Jackie in the service department is very helpful and patient and Kyle, our service tech lead, was patient and knowledgeable as well during our 4 1/2 hours of training. We googled towing services in the area and K&R popped up. A quick phone call later and a truck was on the way. In about 15 minutes or so Shay showed up with a flatbed and got us loaded up and we were on our way to the dealership in Grand Rapids. He dropped it at the service department and it wasn't long before we were back on the road! Shay is a true professional and has a great personality. First the driver asked me to get all of my things out of the car. I said no, I own the car need it towed to my house which was only 1.5 miles. Gave him a check when got to the house. He would not unload the vehicle into my driveway, I was specific that I will have it repaired or scrap it myself. Driver took off with my vehicle. Went town to their yard to get my car back and they claimed I had to sign the title over to them for the towing fee. I could not get the car back. This is FRAUD!!! Charged me $219 for 1.5 miles of towing and I could have scrapped it for $550. If the police ever call you a tow truck do not use this company.

When I cleaned it out the battery was dead so I couldn't get my Zach Williams CD out of the player, then I found out the insurance company needed the mileage. With limited hours during the weekend I didn't expect much but called to see what they could do. Mike answered the phone and said he'd see what he could do. His service was above and beyond my expectations! He managed to get power to the car to release the CD, get the mileage reading and let me know that we'd missed some things when we cleaned it out. I highly recommend K&R. Hoping I won't need their services again any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

Thank God Jim answered and responded so quickly. He was so helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Jim with Romeyn's Service.
