Quick service, but sometimes you have to wait if the people that had the boat before you come back late. That isn't anything they can control. The ride out to Lake Mich is about 20 mins, so you will spend about 40 round trip, so I wouldn't do it with a shorter rental.

We were a group of 6 with 4 kids and everyone had one in the cooler half way through the trip before we reeled in a couple monsters that required 20 minutes of team effort to get in the net.
