I was seen by Doctor Davis, and everything, every detail of my visit was " Top Notch! ". Doctor Davis and the entire staff were very pleasantly professional. I explained my health problems, Dr Davis listen, asked questions as he needed, directed his staff to perform specific additional testing and examination as directed. Reviewed the results and returned with directions regarding my specific medication requirements as well as blood testing to follow. I was possibly seen 10 min. after my appointment time, but the care I received was excellent and I fully expect it will continue at this high level in the future.

Dr. Brown was the most compassionate doctor I ever met and spent quite some time with me evaluating my throat soreness and hoarseness. He determined that there was an infection and ordered my antibiotics and steroids immediately, so I could pick them up at the pharmacy that evening. After taking the medication for 2 days I felt great and all my symptoms had disappeared. I continued my medication for 7 days as prescribed. Dr. Brown followed up with me via 'Legacy Health" to make sure I was making progress. Dr. Brown is a great listener und I can absolutely recommend his services!

I'm not an easy patient. I've got hereditary issues and I'm very active and like to push my limits - and sometimes I push too far. I self-diagnose. I want details. I want sympathy. Dr. Brown listens carefully, answers my questions, offers suggestions on how I can maintain a lifestyle that I enjoy in optimal health, and provides a high standard of care that is all too rare in our current healthcare system. He is very knowledgeable, conscientious and follows through diligently. When Dr Brown changed clinics, I followed him to Legacy Medical Group (requiring a change to my health benefit plan) so that I could continue under his care. It's just my opinion, my experience. And others here are voicing theirs, as they have every right to do. I hope that those reading the reviews of Dr. Brown will consider the context here. There is very little regulation of posts on Yelp. Reviewers are not experts in the field. Reviewers are describing their individual customer service experience. Sometimes doctors must tell people things that they don't want to hear, and that's a tough spot to be in when the ratings come in. So take my review with a grain of salt. And take all the other patient reviews with a grain of salt as well. And kudos to you for doing research. But go beyond the patient reviews. Check out these two articles about patient satisfaction and expertise in our society. Maybe we should go beyond the number of stars a doctor gets and consider what they're basing their ratings on.
