I was really hoping the work they did for me was a lot better, you can definitely tell that they do great work there and I was looking forward to use their services again. The owner is a great guy with amazing friendly customer service, and it was great to see samples of everything the do there. That was the extent of my good experience. I ordered an engraving of two Yeti containers. The engraving job was supposed to be ready in two to three days. I called on the morning of day four and it was not done yet. The guy who answered told me it will be ready at 2:00, I got there after 3:30 and it was still not done. The guy doing the engraving had to rush things by now and only bad things happen when you rush something. He used the right font and did not misspelled the engravings, but all three different lines were supposed to have different font sizes and he did the exact same size for all. One of the engravings was at a good depth to see the metal under the powder coating, but the other one was barely visible. At this point I am obviously disappointed in the work because it was not done the way I ordered it. This is worse than a bad haircut, as hair grows back, but I do not have the time and patience to argue about something that cannot be repaired. Their bad time management and lack of attention to detail in the work they did just left a lot to desire. read more
